HORRIBLE BILLING - DECEPTIVE I cannot stress enough not to go to Centura Urgent Care. My daughter went twice, paid her co-pay the first time, seen and left with no concerns. The second time it was early, so they billed for Emergency Room. When we got the bill and I called to talk about the fee - they let us know that we also owe for the physician fee. The $35 Urgent care visit now cost us $125, and the $125 emergency room visit now costs us $160. We have amazing insurance...with no deductible. This s a "preferred" location. However....they informed me that the physicians are contract and despite not sharing that information...we still owe. I will NEVER go back, I will strongly discourage anyone else from going. I will share how deceptive they are with their billing practices. We will go back to our primary physician, the urgent care facilities they recommend or directly to the hospital. What a joke. I know I will receive a reply to contact their customer service...however Im told I have to first file a formal written complaint. The one star...it was quick.

The absolute worst. Called in advance to ask if I should bother coming up, primary care physicians office was closed and ran out of my pain meds. Reception desk said yes, absolutely no problem. Get there and its an entirely different story. Not only were they unable to do this, but they gave me a shot of Prednisone WITHOUT TELLING ME WHAT IT WAS UNDER THE GUISE IT WAS PAIN MEDICINE. I HAVE SURGERY IN TWO DAYS (told them that) - you are NOT supposed to have steroids this close to surgery!!! Nothing but incompetent idiots who will be getting a malpractice charge from my lawyer once surgery is over. CANNOT recommend staying away from this place ANY more highly. Wasted two hours of my time, a costly taxi AND put me at higher risk for my surgery. WORTHLESS, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would!! They charged me $450.00 for a doctor to walk in and declare I had allergies, not pink eye. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. When I got the bill and compared it to another bill from the same facility where they charged $250 for a strep test on one of my children, I called their billing department to have them review the $450 charge. They said they would file a dispute, review the charge and follow up with me. Instead of a follow-up, I get a letter from a collection agency 4 months later from a collection agency. This place is one big SCAM!!!! No communication in all that time. Even the patient advocacy line is a recording, not a live person. DO NOT GO HERE if you value your time and money!

This was the ultimate best experience I have ever had with an ER. Stitches were needed, and I was only there for an hour. They quickly got me in, x-ray was priority and saw the doctor within minutes. Very prompt and professional, but the best part was the ENTIRE staff, including the doctor! Extremely nice, comforting and genuinely great people!!! It felt like family, and Im not one to write reviews, but if youre looking for a wonderful emergency room...this is it. My honest opinion, hope it helps!

Awesome, Awesome staff!!! My daughter was suffering with a severe sore throat. We showed up at 3:00 in the morning, and they were so friendly, and attentative to us. Im so thankful they were able to resolve her suffering. They never gave up on trying to get her feeling better, and we walked out of there with my daughter smiling. Something she had not done in 5 days. Dr. Marlin did an amazing job!!! I will be recommending him and his staff to all my family and friends for there emergency care.

I have been there 4 times with kids and myself for various reasons. I have had nothing but good experiences. It is clean, fast and doctors were kind and knowledgeable. I was informed when I needed to be switched to ER and was glad I didnt have to go somewhere else which is common when Urgent Care is a different center and doesnt have the right equipment. I have seen ERs where I have waited for 4 to six hours to then be put in a dirty room. This is definitely a step up.

Visit was fine, but billing was a nightmare. We paid our copay but continued to get bills for the copay we already paid. Called multiple times and was told multiple times that they made a mistake and the account was now a zero balance. Eventually got collections letters which required more phone calls to both Centura and my health insurance to try and get it worked out. Finally a year after my procedure and nearly 10 phone calls, they seem to have fixed their mistake.

This place is great! I tried UC Health down the street and had the worst experience of my life, but this place was the complete opposite. Everyone is nice, they take the time to listen to your history. They explain every step, and make the process as quick and painless as possible. I definitely recommend this ER for anyone who may need emergent care!

My wife was recently treated and we could not be more happy with the experience. The staff was very nice and genuinely friendly and the physician was very knowledgeable, beyond our expectations. The facility is very nice, clean, light, and open. We highly recommend them.

After a horrible experience at another Urgent Care Center, I came here and had no wait and received excellent care by the staff and Dr. Marlin. I will go here if I ever need Urgent Care again and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing Urgent Care!

What a fabulous experience! 5pm on Sunday night; I was in and out in 45 mins. My nurse Joe Black was awesome as was Dr. Wardrop. The facility was gorgeous. How blessed are we in Arvada to have such a great new facility and staff. Thank you for your help!

Hit or Miss Drs.. had 1 dr who answered all questions and was genuinely caring... different day had another who acted like I was a total idiot and waisting his time..even though it was extremely slow from the looks of things...

Dr. Nuhfer at the Centura clinic is wonderful ... as are all the staff. Its a warm and friendly office and they really take the time you need. I cant recommend them highly enough!
