I ordered a soup and salad on 1/27/2017- I brought back to my office and started eating it. Ive ordered this salad a few times in the past this was the 2nd time it was half empty. That was my 1st complaint, then when I took 2 bites it tasted weird and stopped eating it within 3 mins or less my tongue started tingling and turned white- I have pictures. I started to get very dizzy and actually called the manager at the store to alert him that something may have been sprayed on the salad, as I was on phone with him the dizziness progressed. I had to hang up. My co workers then asked me if I was ok and I said no something isnt right. My head starting pounding and my heart was beating out of my chest. The salad tasted like some chemical may have been sprayed on it. I dont know what it was, but I am not allergic to anything on that salad which I have ordered in the past. I was taken to urgent care where I was treated for an allergic reaction. They didnt do anything other than give me a valume and kids benedryl. I was out of it so my co workers also asked that is all your going to do. I was disappointed they didnt take blood or take a sample off of my tongue to see what I may have ingested from the salad. I still had symptoms up into late hours of the night. I dont agree with how my particular situation was handled and I dont feel I should be responsible for this visit. As nothing was done for the actual cause of what caused this reaction from the food.

My daughter had to have a birth Control device removed from her arm due to pain and bruising. This is commonly a 5-10 minute procedure. Our current family Dr. was not able to do this himself. His office referred us to Centura Health ER/urgent care in Golden. The Dr. at the ER in Golden said she could not remove it (she was not trained to and that she only handled emergencies, she was quite rude and abrupt). So I said we should go to another ER. She then told me that no ER Dr.s do such things. We then called St. Anthonys ER and they told us to bring her in and that they would find a Dr. to do the procedure for us as they were a full service ER. This is the second time that the Golden Centura Health ER has turned us away. Last time they claimed that they did not take Medicaid and it would be over $200 just to see my child not including other expenses. This is the least professional ER and Urgent Care that I have ever encountered. It is no wonder they never have a wait time, they dont seem to be able to accomplish anything. I should add that the Receptionist and Nurses were very nice and caring. Something that I have always appreciated about nurses in general. The arrogance and rudeness of this Dr. were astonishing. I do not recommend this facility for anything. It is best to drive the extra few miles and minutes to St. Anthonys ER. They are always well staffed and professional.

Do not take your children here!! I went in on Saturday and was told it would be a 15 minute wait - we waited over an hour and a half all while my 6 month old was crying in the lobby. I knew my daughter had an ear infection, and it was just starting - so a trip to a hospital was not necessary. The nurse, Brandon, is a fabulous person and a skilled professional! The Dr. on the other hand, must have been terrified of children, he backed away when he came in the room, would hardly touch my daughter and sent her into a hysterical screaming & crying fit - she only calmed down after he left. He also chastised us for not going to her pediatrician (closed on Saturdays and we live 30 miles from anything and happened to be in town and this was the closest care facility, and had been here before and they were great with her), he then said we should have taken her to Childrens hospital instead - 15 miles away and for an ear infection and pink eye and a low grade fever....... he prescribed her antibiotics which she needed and literally could not get out of the room quick enough. This is an urgent care/emergency room facility - you need to be comfortable seeing patients of all ages! Take your little ones elsewhere, unless you can get Brandon - cuz hes awesome!!!

I truly appreciate the care I received at this facility from the time I was greeted at the front desk all the way to discharge. The front desk receptionist was kind and compassionate in taking my information and making me as comfortable as possible. I was immediately taken back by a nurse who took my vitals and symptoms. I saw the doctor within the first ten minutes and was taken back to x-ray where I was cared for by a technician who explained the details of what he was doing. I was discharged with scripts in hand, counseled on follow up concerns and exited with a kind "feel better soon". Quick, compassionate and caring...thank you for your kind service!

I will never visit this Centura Urgent Care facility again. I was admitted quickly, but then left waiting for over two hours (despite only being 4 cars in the parking lot -- they definitely werent busy). Aside from the ridiculous wait, the staff was also condescending. When I was finally released, I went to pay my $40 urgent-care co-pay, but was told that it qualified as an ER visit with a $200 co-pay due to certain services they provided. When I argued that no one made mention of it during the appointment, the front-desk clerk replied with "my bad, Im sorry." Incredibly unprofessional, and uncaring.

The level of service we received was pathetic, unprofessional, and absolutely did not meet a standard that one would reasonably expect from an Urgent Care facility. The Urgent Care establishment should be ashamed of itself for allowing Dr. John Hall and his staff at the Golden location to treat people the way my wife and I were treated. I will encourage anyone and everyone I speak with to seek help from any place other than an Urgent Care facility.

This is THE last time Im coming here. The doctors a so hit or miss. I just got told the EXACT opposite thing from the doctor Im seeing right now than the doctor I saw yesterday. FOR THE EXACT SAME THING. I know that the doctor today gave me incorrect information. The nurses and staff here are always great. But the doctors are terrible. Find another urgent care.

I love this place it is close and convenient. The staff gets an A+ they are awesome always nice and curtious. I have been here for both of my children and have been in and out quickly. Unless there is some kind of test results we are waiting for but that is with any medical facility. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

My 18 month old son and I had to make a late night trip to the Urgent care and couldnt have been treated better. Everyone there was so nice and quick too. And even though it ended up not being a big deal, they didnt make me feel stupid or paranoid for bringing him in. Definitely recommend this place and the wonderful staff!
