Difficult and Rude Receptionists. Was rushed through so fast they did not even take my young sick sons vitals or other simple requests for myself and young child. After being in the office for 2 hours, we were met in the parking lot for information they forgot. Went to the pharmacy and had to wait two hours because the prescription was filled out wrong, it took that long for a call back to the pharmacist! I was told "You can just take your bra off under your shirt now... unless you want a gown or me to leave the room"! They were more concerned about their health then ours, acting like we were too sick, wiping down anything we touched, told to wear masks, closing the windows and doors on us. We were inferior and irritating. They were turning off lights and closing the office before we were even done with our appointment! I called back the next day to return to finish my sons appointment (get vitals checked since they never even did that!) and get a Strep test since now they had more time and my young son has been sick for four weeks. I was told No, one visit was enough and they had all the information they needed! When I persisted that it was not a complete visit I was told by the Billing Manager (acting manager for the day) "To Never Come Back You are Not Welcome in this Office" and then was hung up on. If I am billed for this visit, I will be reporting this "clinic" to my insurance, the Better Business Bureau and any Medical place of standards I can find. I warn anyone to avoid this clinic! Now we will be going to a second clinic in Bergen Park and hope for better treatment and less time spent in an office. It is also very outdated, 1960s everything... I mean the Dr. seemed okay... but why would he work in a clinic with such low standards and lack of professionalism if he is any good? I am still waiting on a call back from him about prescription concerns!

Ive dealt with a lot of GPs, peds, and ob/gyns over the years, but Ive never sent an angry letter to a doctors office until now. I made the mistake of making a "new patient" appointment, you know, to establish rapport ... was charged an outrageous fee for my trouble. I got there early to fill out paperwork, waited at least 20 minutes past my appointment time, and saw a PA for 15 minutes where we chatted about very little because I am in excellent health. When I called billing to ask about the charge, I got a big dose of attitude. Needless to say, I expect I can find a friendlier clinic in this town (I hope, anyway), and I, my husband, and my three children will not be returning to Arapahoe Peak.

We were visiting Evergreen and I come down with acute altitude illness. I could not breathe and thought that I was having a heart attack. Because the Arapahoe Peak Health Center was close by, my husband drove me there. I was seen and had tests done right away. The nurses and the doctor were extremely dedicated to my cause. Without a doubt, we were treated with great respect and certainty. Thank you to the staff. Evergreen is very fortunate to have such a quality service. I rate them EXCELLENT in every way.

Super tired of begging for prescriptions for a injury that will never change. Feels like they just want to be able to charge for yet another appointment... beware if you care about little fees and have any serious ongoing medical issues! I dont like being turned into someone who feels like they have to beg for meds. for the record very rarely taken pain meds for a very serious injury.

"Urgent Care" Saturday afternoon at 1:00pm. We waited an hour for someone to get back from lunch. After paying $170, they informed us that they couldnt help. Not friendly and the facilities look like they are from 1970. We went to the other urgent care place in Bergen park and got great treatment from kind people.

Crashed on a local mountain bike trail on a Saturday got slashed open pretty good was bleeding profusely. Walked in to Arapahoe peak was seen within minutes took a while to get cleaned up and stitched but Dr Gonzales did an excellent job. Have been going there for years staff always professional and friendly.

The whole reason you schedule an appointment is to be seen at the time. I understand if the Dr is a few minutes late. But 30 mins sitting in the waiting room after your scheduled appointment then another 20 in the room before the Dr even comes back is ridiculous!

I went to Arapahoe Peak for a problem with my shoulder. Randy Sclar did a thourough analysis of my problem, gave me several alternative for treatment. He took his time, and made sure I full understood the issues. There is no better care in Evergreen.

I have always had extremely fantastic care at the clinic. Calls are always returned promptly and staff courteous. They do have xray equipment there and I have had xrays on weekends. I even take my Grandaon there because of their expertise

My pharmacy calls them for a simple refill & Arapahoe Peak calls me back asking if I still take this medication. Its right on my medical chart so they just wasted time. They need to look at medical charts to save patients a big hassle

Finding another provider. Rude front office people who dont want my business and dont care about my or my familys health. PAs are excellent if you can ever get to them, Drs so-so. Avoid if you can.
