Dusty Roads

I went for periodontal maintenance after a deep cleaning at another dentist. I no longer am going to that dentist, and need to find a new one to continue cleanings, and place a crown when my implant is ready. I was very clear on the phone what I was coming to them for and they would not quote me saying the doctor had to see me first. As this is standard I went in and again clarified I was there for periodontal maintenance and an estimate for a crown on an implant. I was at the office for 2 hours for them to do nothing but take more xrays then tell me they wont do the cleaning without my doctors signature and the date of the last cleaning. They apparently didnt believe me when I told them the date. I supplied them with my periodontal chart and full mouth xrays from last month and still they were not satisfied. They only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because they gave me the xrays they took today. RIP OFF!!!! BEWARE!!! Why is it so hard to find an HONEST dentist?

Overall a great experience. Dr. Bhumika Patel, as well as Ginger (the hygienist) and Jessica (front desk staff) deserve an awesome 5-STAR rating for providing me with the best dental care money can buy. They, as a team, made sure that my expectations were met (they even exceeded my expectations) from their practice. They have provided me with detailed information regarding my dental condition, appropriate treatment plans, as well as financing options. Dr. Patel eased my fear of dental procedures by first explaining why it is needed and what it does to my teeth (a trait NOT found in most dentists), and explained detail-by-detail the x-rays and photographs taken during the cleaning procedure. Kudos to Glendale heights family dental! Im looking forward to my next visit. BTW, an extra star (so 6 stars all in all) For the awesome technology in the clinic, as well as (of course) CLEANLINESS. ;)

I have been seeing Dr. Shah for last 3 years and finally she opened up her new practice. She is always to the point and have felt that she recommends treatment when it is absolutely necessary. She is always on time and books her appointment such that she can spend enough time with each patient and not run behind. This is one of the main reason I l am going to continue to see Dr. Shah even though her new clinic is out of the way for me. Her new practice is state of the art. Comes with free Keurig coffee in waiting room and extremely modern machines and new patient set. I would highly recommend it to people to check out Glendale Heights Family dental.

The entire staff is Amazing! They are kind, gentle, and non-judgemental... they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I had neglected my oral health and was somewhat ashamed and they were reassuring that they could help me and I could improve my oral health. They are all so genuinely caring and make me feel important and not like a paycheck... I am so blessed that I found them... they have helped me with all their knowledge and I have now improved my oral health greatly! I am incredibly thankful for them and what they have done for me! ♡♡♡ I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to care of their mouth!

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist for 2 reasons. I do not take pain like a champ as Im a big baby and I fear the dollar signs when I go in for any kind of work. I had the pleasure of using this office for an emergency last weekend and have to say that Im thrilled with the service and the affordability. I heard the word surgery during my visit and tears started to fill my eyes and was terrified. After talking with Dr. Patel and her staff, I am very relieved that I can get this taken care of quickly and without killing my pocketbook. This will be my family dentist for years to come. Very Very Happy!

Glendale Heights Family Dental is a shining example of quality at its finest in dentistry. I was delighted with the way Dr Bhumika Patel managed my case. She and her staff (Ginger and Jessica) are friendly, and are transparent to deal with. The clinic is clean and fitted with state-of-the-art equipment, and parking is not a problem as well. One can have his own cup of coffee or bottle of water anytime, for free. Where else can one possibly have all these? Two weeks after my first visit, my son followed suit. I know what is best for my family, and its here !

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for a year now and I highly recommend her. Both she and her staff are very friendly and they always try to make you comfortable during your visit. Her new office is really clean and modern, which does not make you feel like you are at the dentist! Most people do not like going to the dentist but Dr. Patel is really gentle with her approach, which really helps put you at ease. You will not be disappointed if you see Dr. Patel - she is fantastic!

Having gone to the same dentist for my entire life and sort of being forced to find a new one, I was pleasantly surprised coming to this new practice. The staff are kind and courteous, prompt with appointment times and the dentist is very involved in the exam, performing a majority of the work - which I was completely not used to. Everything in the office implements new tech and given my prior experience, the work they do is a more comprehensive oral healthcare.

It was my first time going to Dr. Patel and I loved how clean and wonderful her new office is. It was the first time in general for my daughter to be to a dentist and they made her feel so safe and she had so much fun at the dentist. Not many kids come out saying that! The technology is great as well.. she was able to show me some concerns on a screen right in front of me. It really was a great experience.

I havent been to the dentist and years and I ran a search for dentist in the area and chose Glendale Heights Family Dental. The customer services is amazing, the staff is friendly, confident, and very thorough. I had a root canal and cleaning so far. They really run down all the things you need to get you on the right track. No one likes going to the dentist but i was very comfortable here.

My family and I had just moved to the area and were looking for a dentist for the whole family, which includes a 2 year old. Was able to take the whole family here and the experience was great. They were able to put on a childrens show to help distract my kid, which lead to a tear free visit. The waiting room has a small area for kids to play on the floor as well which was a nice touch.

I picked this dentist based on the fact that the office is near my home and covered by my insurance. I was really happy with the experience of my own appointment and my 8-year-olds. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional; we felt very comfortable here and confident that we were getting top-quality care. I would highly recommend this practice!
