It is so difficult to express how my family and I have been battling in finding a Dental office we can trust! Pearl Smile is just WONDERFUL with children, making sure that no matter what work needs to be done, the child feels comfortable and unafraid. They always ask if you would like to be taken back to the room before anything. That to me is important because I like taking picture of my child at every check up and just seeing how the staff works with my child. My previous experiences at other dental offices they would just take my child back and I had absolute no idea what they were doing and anxiously had to wait! My child would fear wanting to go to their appointment. Here at Pearl they even ask when they are going to go back again... I think its the Xbox! The young lady Cristal that helped on our first visit made taking X-rays an enjoyable experience for my child by counting with them and just being so positive and explaining everything she was doing. Dr Manisha is so sweet! Very understandable and answers all questions. Always asks before starting her work how everyone is doing and actually takes the time to converse and get to know everyone. The atmosphere is inviting and upbeat they have TVs and good choice of radio thought the office. Its hard to find a good in network provider, with reasonable costs -- Aetna PPO/Delta. Before committing to any procedure my whole insurance plan was explained to me by Josie, who was very knowledgeable. We actually look forward to our appointments here and our future Invisalign! which is not something you often associate with visiting the dentist. I just cant express how happy my whole family is! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!!!!!

My two children and I have been going to Pearl Smile for over a year now. The office is extremely clean and has a very welcoming environment. Every single person there is very friendly and incredibly helpful. As a single mother with state insurance it was very difficult to find a dentist that was not only awesome with me as an adult but more importantly amazing with my kids. My boys love going to the dentist and lets face it, that is rare! It is very refreshing to find a dentist who is not only skilled in their field but also goes above and beyond in their treatment plans. Everyone knows going to the dentist can be costly but Pearl Smile works with you individually on your treatment and payments. Even offers you a variety of options and extends resources out there for you, that you may have not known about. They go out of their way to help you and treat you with care and respect. I absolutely love my dentist and their entire team. I would definitely refer anyone I knew to them and I have!!!

Ella conecta con sus pacientes y explica el servicio al profundo. La oficina es nueva y me gusta que esta cerca De la casa. La comodidad y El servicio y la atencion El trato es lo mejor. La manager y Daphne son muy agradables y siempre nos hacen reir:)

I have been to pearl smile dental since August 2015. I have gotten my mouth re arranged and in process of getting my dentures! I love everything of the office. I love the staff. They make you feel so comfortable. I have had all my teeth extracted from Dr Priyanka excellent ! I could not feel her at all. Very gentle. I love the fact that they remember my name. As soon as I walk through the door they dont guess my name. Yocey with a y anything that has to do with dental she is very knowledgeable always has the correct answer. Always brings a smile to my face and makes sure I laugh before I leave the door. Eases the stress of the appointment away. All the staff is just so very supportive and they care for their patients. I come all the way from Chicago to see their smiles and its worth it the drive!

First let me start with being very afraid of going to the dentist anxiety kicked in at a all time high and the pain i was going through was unbearable... I give this clinic a Standing Novation very clean and beautiful atmosphere, You have to experiece.this for yourself the kindness and gentleness this staff show you is amazing they really care about their patients they put u first by being honest up front about everthing..... I mention the staff now let me speak about My Dentist and yes I said my Dentist because from here on out this will be the Clinic all my Family go to because the level of care She gives is a 10 thank you Dr Desai Manisha for being the best at what you do...

The neatest dental clinic I have ever seen . It is highly organized , welcoming and super clean corner to corner . Dr. Manisha is a careful and honest dentist. Dr. Priyanka is very sweet and patient with kids. They do a great job. Kids love to go to the dentist !!! Assistants also are so focused and they know what to do without wasting your time or their time.Front desk staff is accurate and friendly. It has been a year since we have peace in mind with our family dentist. The clinic has orthodontist as well, but I wish they would have a surgeon dentist or periodontist too so we do not need to go elsewhere. All family from 8-49 years old are really happy with Pearl Smile Dental.

I come all the way from Milwaukee to see Dr Desai and staff. I have been here multiple times in the past year and a half since office has been open. Every time my family and I gets better and better service. There is a limited wait time before we get seated. Staff is very pleasant. My insurance was explained from the beginning before doing any treatment. My patient portion was explained and the prices are very reasonable. I had some teeth that needed patches and Dr Desai patched them. Very gently hands did not feel any pain and now I am feeling more confident with my smile.

The best dental office Ive been to. Modern design that makes it comfortable whether youre waiting in the lobby or in the operating chair. Xbox 360 for the children, flat screen TVs in every room, refreshments, kind and gentle staff... what more could you want? I think its so cool that they have cameras they use to show you whats going on in your mouth and put it on the TV screen. There are always prizes and discounts on services. I actually get excited to come here! Even though Ive recently moved an hour away, Ill still take the extra time to drive to pearl smile dental.
