Worst dental care center ever!!! Warning to NOT go to this dentist!! First they are very dirty and uneducated. They tried to tell me my tooth was infected for over a month and thats why im having pain. I have had over 10 appointments and each time there was another excuse of why they couldnt do the work. They prescribed my 4 scrips of amoxicillan and then an even stronger antibiotic that was making me throw up everytime I took it. They refused to give me pain medicine for my exposed nerve in my molar. Then when they schedualed me for a extraction last friday, i get there at 10am and after waiting an hour in pain they told me their extraction doctor was NOT even in the office that day and they need to reschedual me. After that I was given another appointment for an extraction which did not fit my work schedual. So I cancelled that appointment and tried to reschedual it for later in the day. Thats when they told me they refuse to do my extraction because I cancelled without a 24hr notice. They put in a partial filling to cover the nerve which was done horrible because my nerve is still exposed. I saw a different dentist today and he told me there was no sign of infection. And the pain was being caused by salt, pepper, sugar and cold temps ect coming in direct contact with my nerve. He also looked shocked and told me they prescribed by way to much medicine for that "tooth infection". He was even more upset to hear I had mutliple appointments and they still refused to give me pain medicine. He called it Medicare fraud!! Stay away from this horrible dentist!!

not one to complain, but definitely will not be returning. supposed to fix my permanent retainer, but they insisted on me getting a cleaning instead. they said come back to get it done when I get new fill ins. they were just looking for a way to upcharge me. didnt pay it too much mind being that the way everyone was unprofessional, I had no problem getting in, and getting right back out. I dont even trust them to fix the actual retainer. went to this one because it was closer, but definitely wont mind my usual drive if it means credible service. not to mention the cleaning was so rough, I almost wondered if it was on purpose. two stars because at least my teeth were freshly polished. this place had a 20 year old complaining like a 50 year old. perhaps I wouldnt be as disappointed if they cared about what I really came in for.

Worst Dentist ever! Did these other people go to the same place I did? The office isnt dirty but its ...grungyy. There is also a distinct air that none of the people there know what they are doing. The first time I went there the dentist glanced at my teeth, then spent 40 minutes trying to tell me I had lockjaw (He was nice enough to bill my insurance for an exam AND cleaning though). I was stupid enough to go back, this time he cleaned my teeth but I wish he hadnt. He hurt my gums to the point I started wondering if he ever actually graduated dentistry school. I started flinching when he put the drill in my mouth and he told me to stop being a baby! Never in my life have I had a cleaning like that.

I have to say that going to this dentist office was one of the greatest experiences Ive ever had dealing with the dentist. My anxiety levels are extremely high when it comes to anyone being in my mouth or doing any kind of work to my mouth but the doctor here was warm inviting respectful concerned and understanding which made me feel so much peace. Her assistant Sofia was also a very big help with explaining and even showing me what needed to be done. Now that Ive been here and know that any time I step foot in that dentist office I will be treated with the upmost respect. Latasha Stewart

I had a good experience. Called at 9:00AM with a broken tooth that had been capped 20 years ago and had an appointment at 12:00 noon that day. I was cordially greated by the receptionist upon arrival. Filled out some paper work and was soon in the chair having xrays. Soon after the doctor visited and I was given my options. I decided to go for an extraction. He explained what was going on every step of the way and the next thing I know I was on my way out the door. A slight discomfort because of losing the tooth but the experience was OK. Joe

after i got charged a lot for having two simple tooth fill which i didnt had pain before now i cant eat on the side that got treatment, the doctor said to give it more time and i still have pain , i regretted to go there every thing was fine before i go there , no way to go there again, the worst place i wish i know how to make a real complain that some one come and see what they do to people teeth

I love simply dental. They are all so kind and very caring. DVD Zachary Reiff is the best dentist around Sofia and Ana are the kindest. I Hate having to go to the dentist but they make everything better. I sent my daughter there and she lives almost 3 hours away she would not go anywhere else. Thanks you simply dental.

Had 4 wisdom teeth pulled on 2 visits. The first procedure went fine, the second ripped a sliver of bone out of my jaw that hurt for months until it eventually worked itself out from the gums. I had 3 fillings done, one lasted 3 months, the other two lasted under a year. Would never go back, and would not recommend to others.

We have been getting treatment done here since five years. The best part about simply dental is their doctor - Dr.Pallam. She is one awesome lady who knows her job extraordinarily well. Such a friendly calm person and you feel like referring Simply dental to others just because of her. I go there because of her!

Such a wonderful dentist office. Staff is so friendly and attentive. I usually hate going to the dentist because my mouth is very sensitive, however this is the 1st dentist where I have not had any pain issues! I would definitely recommend everyone go here!!

Front desk (Ana) was helpful with finding my insurance. The assistant (Sofia) did a really good job polishing! The other assistant there(diana) was very friendly walking me in. Will come back!
