If you have a severe panic disorder Dr. Brown is the man. His entire team cared for me from start to finish. Here is what impressed me the most: IV sedation - awesome if you have severe panic disorder. Innovative office- uses current technology to facilitate patients and up to date equipment. I had pain and infections for years which 4 different doctors said it was my sinuses. Determined to get better answers I continued to get different opinions. Dr. Brown has this cool machine that is part of a standard exam ( no additional fee) that is a magnifying camera. I saw it, 4 cracked teeth. Flexible schedule- Thats so important Highly personable & compassionate from EVERYONE- they just get it. I know now the difference between being a number and a person. Trustworthy- i used the publics feedback to seek care from Dr. Browns office and here i am floating with happiness. if you have severe panic attacks your hyper critical so TRUST is not something that comes easy, every decision has a thought of death. Its sad but its not something that can be controlled but its real and it can prevent people from getting medical attention. I have to admit i had to trust someone which i so glad Dr. Brown came through for me. Dr. Brown is a good honest man and i am so appreciative. Cost- lets face it dentistry seems REDICULOUS! his pricing seems universal to your insurance. Which we all know dental insurance stinks. Good news is, Dr. Brown participates in a lot of different insurances. He also takea care credit. The only down fall that i would say is be prepared to pay everything upfront, which you can trust him with your money. I had to come up with seven thousand dollars which wasnt easy but it was even harder to give it away before getting service. My first thought was scam, Im never going to see that money and my teeth are going to be all jacked up. After, paying i received the same hospitality, call backs, etc. There was absolutely No change in how i was treated. Like i said, Trustworthy, compassionate, flexible and innovative! I can love my smile again even with coffee stains and i cant wait till i get that fixed to.

The ONLY issue I had was when I came in for my IV sedation appt. my husband drove me in because I wasnt going to be able to drive home. Our plan was for me to get to Dr. Browns office early because he needed to be into work at 8am (my appt was at 8:20), I was just going to sit and read a magazine til I was called in. Due to an accident on 75th street we were held up so I didnt get to the office until the exact apt time, which made made husband already late for his work. I ran in just to make sure he didnt need to come in for any reason then I was going to wave him on to head to work. I wasnt even finished with my question when the lady at the front desk (dark short hair) cut me off and quite rudely said "YES WE NEED HIM IN HERE!" So I told him to park and that he needed to come in. Once inside no-one really knew why he needed to come in. The receptionist that said he needed too, acted as though she was busy with other paperwork and the other girls were looking at each other wondering the same thing "Why did we need him in here" So finally I asked what was needed from him and they said they wanted to verify a phone number (which was a ridiculous reason, considering all this was verified at my consultation appt, and no signature was needed until I was picked up.). Anyway, in the end my procedure and time at the office was a really great experience with really great people. Unfortunately the only bad experience was the first person I encountered when I walked in. Everyone elses kindness made it an excellent experience anyway. 5 Stars-*****

Excellent dentist and excellent hygienists. I have been coming here regularly for a couple of years now and with results that I can feel the difference. I went here about 5 years ago and told me I had 4 cavities + 2 small cavities and serious gum issues. I went to a different dentist and only had 3 cavities with no gum issues so I choose the other dentist. Sure enough, the next visit to the other dentist, I had a large cavity where Dr. Brown said I had one. About 3 months later, I had tooth pain, one of the small cavities had turned into a need for root canal and I had gum issues (I had my x-rays). I decided to go back to Dr. Brown and they took care of the root canal and major work including a deep cleaning. After a couple of years, teeth and gum work, regular cleanings and more flossing by me, we were all in agreement that we were at a very good point starting this year. Now we are at regular cleanings and no cavities after addressing acid reflux. I can feel a big difference, my wife can tell (and not smell) a big difference as well. In the end, I ran away from the problem and it back to bite me. Costs? Same as other dentists. If you have financial concerns, talk to them, they will work with as your health is important to them as well.

I just had a great experience at this office! I scheduled an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and have the dentist check out a few problem areas. I would swear that my teeth have never felt so clean and my mouth does not hurt at day 2. Euni, was a great hygienist! I met with Dr. Brown who was very professional and has a great chair side manner. He fully explained everything I have going on. He told me a few things that I should be concerned about getting done soon and few things to put on my to do list when I am ready. I am normally reluctant to try new places because I have a bit of a dental phobia from past mouth trauma and restoration issues. The professionalism of this office and their willingness to keep me informed made this appointment so comfortable. I was very pleased that everyone here is so friendly! It looks like an enjoyable place to work. The office manager went over everything in full detail. She was so efficient in helping me find the best use of my dental insurance to help me maximize my budget. I did not feel pushed to get it done now like at my last dental practice. I will most definitely be coming back soon. I have never had such a good experience at the dentist! What a relief :)

About a month ago i recieved a post card in the mail, the mailer talked about if your afraid to go to the dentist or have you not been there for along time etc. Well i havent been to a dentist in about 3 years because of my anxiitity and cloustiphobia, so i just saved the post card till i didnt have a choice. Last week i broke a tooth in half so i grabed the mailer and just walked in office and was greeted Debi would got me in with Julie in a matter of a minute or so, i didnt even have to make an appointment!! Julie looked in my mouth to verify condition took xrays and talked to me about sedation an put me at ease. Dr brown came in and was very comforting about the procedure. i made an appt to come back the following week and 3 crowns a new white filling later im all good. Between the valuim they gave me and the nitrix oxide, sunglasses and my ipod the procedure went painless and fast , even the next day i have no pain at all!!! also Pat explained all the insurance and payment options very well . I know have a new dentist that i wont hesitate going to for regular checkups! Thanks Dr Brown. JGerald
