Let me begin by saying that I am terrified of dentists. So much so that I started a crown 6 years ago and after the first appointment, never went back. It was that same tooth so many years and much pain later that brought me to Advanced Lisle Dental. I was calling around to feel out different offices and when I called A.L.D. Nicole answered the phone. She immediately didnt make me feel stupid or silly for my fears--she connected with me, telling me that she understood and the Dr. Patel would take great care of me with zero pressure and total transparency. So, after years of suffering....I made the appointment. My first appt was a consultation to set up a plan to get my mouth healthy again. First up was a deep cleaning and extraction to start the implant process on the before mentioned tooth. They laid it all out for me...timelines, possible discomfort, pricing, and exactly what each procedure would entail. Rachel, Dr. Patels assistant, couldnt have been more forthcoming with any information I would need and also asked me what my budget was. It was a HUGE relief leaving that day knowing I had a plan to make my mouth healthy again! Today I am posting because this morning I had the extraction and deep cleaning done. I couldnt be happier with how today went!! Knowing my fear and how much anxiety I had--the whole office was prepared for me...they put on some TV for me to watch, took their time letting me numb up, kept checking in with me and truly rallied around me when I was about to lose it. They allowed me to stop when I needed a break and never made me feel silly for holding my dads hand through thw whole thing. The battled a horrible tooth and through the whole thing, all I felt pressure...but it was great to hear "Property Brothers" on in the back ground and the calming voices of Nicole and Rachel ensuring me I was doing great (when I really am a tough patient!). Dental work isnt easy and it isnt cheap...but Advanced Lisle Dental makes it all worth it. I trust everyone there when I have never trusted a denist ever. They are true blessings to me and hope you give them a chance to change your opinion on dentists as well!!

I can thank my wife for finding Advanced Dental in Lisle. I was well overdue for a check-up as well as a scaling and root planning. She set up the appointment so I had no excuses on why I had not scheduled my own visit. The root planning procedure in the past has typically been conducted over 2 visits because dental offices rarely want to numb your entire mouth in a single session. This office uses a new laser treatment which is quick, totally painless and less damaging to teeth. I also received the diagnosis that a rear upper molar would need a crown and most likely a root canal too. Ive never had a root canal before, but needless to say Ive never anything good about them. Dr. Patel was marvelous with the root canal. It was a tougher than average procedure, but it was totally painless and no big deal in the end. The crown when it came in was also a very quick and easy procedure. The staff here are all very friendly and the office is new and modern. Visiting the dentist has always been one of my most disliked experiences, but Advanced Dental has made it much less intimidating going forwards.

Literally cant say enough about this office. I was scared to death of dentists and getting work done. Had an emergency situation and, on the recommendation of a friend, met Dr. Patel. Just amazing!! Instantly put me at ease and explained everything to make sure I knew what was going on and why. He got to know me both as a person and a patient. He always ensured I was not in pain. The staff and nurses are just as sweet - making sure I was calming down and tried to make me laugh, even patting my arm when getting the dreaded novacaine shots! Walked in nearly in tears and scared to death and left with "somewhat" of a smile! Back 2 weeks later for another emergency, and he works miracles to fit me in and fix the problems!! If I am happy here, then ALL must come here! In addition, I have come back when I wasworried and they always took the time to check it out. Much love for this office!

My family and I have been going to Advanced Lisle Dental since it first opened and love the staff and service that we have received these many years. I could go and on about about what an amazing job they have done; from routine cleanings, root canals, fillings, to braces for my oldest. But what really stands out about Dr. Patel and his staff is the personal commitment they have to you. It is not simply get in, get out, see you next time. They genuinely care about you and take the time to explain things and answer any questions that you may have. I have had other dentists in the past where they didnt even know my name, but with Dr. Patel, I can genuinely say that a friend is taking care of me.

Our family started seeing Dr. Patel just six months ago. Just like all other new patients, we were filled with uncertainties with new dentist. My first impression was excellent! Everyone is super friendly, Dr. Patel, Rachel, Nicole, etc. They make you feel comfortable right away, like you have known them for a long time instead of talking to a bunch of strangers. The facility is nice and clean. The equipments are also up to date. They offer gum specialist service , root canal procedures, ... you named it. Basically you can get any dental work done here in one facility and no need to run around different places to see specialists. You will not disappointed if you need a new dentist!

I would recommend going somewhere else. My wife went here and she has never had issues with her teeth. The Dr. Said she had several "pre cavities" recommend all this work. Long story short we decided, since she has not had a histroy of dental problems, that should go to another dental office to get a second opinion. Naperville dental confirm what we suspected, a false diagnosis. Now fast forward a year later and we come to find her friend was recommended for a deep cleaning who regularly goes to the dentist, and has not needed one in her prior visits. There are plenty of dental offices in the area. I would say dont risk it by choosing this place

I REALLY RECOMMENDS THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Thank you Dr. Patel and wonderful staffs! They were very helpful thru helping me understand how root canal work!. I just had gotten left side done yesterday and i dont feel no pain anymore. Im grateful for fixing my problem needed. As far today Im getting root canal on my right side done and now Im gonna be more happier with my smile now Im getting it done now than later. And Im also grateful this place can fo finance payments. Ive been coming here for the past three years now and are very satisfied with the high quality service. In March of this year Ive had mine first crown installed and also replaced a few fillings. Everything went very smooth and did not have to return for any type of corrections you sometimes hear about with the crown work. Thank you to Nicole for recommending one of their Braun Oral-B Genius electric toothbrushes. My teeth not only feel totally clean but are getting whiter. Its like getting a professional teeth cleaning at home. Love that toothbrush!
