My daughter came for her first appointment on July 21. We were told we had to pay for the full service which was about $250 and then they would file the insurance claim on our behalf. We were also told that the insurance would send us a check. I called my insurance company to find out that Just for Kids got paid by my insurance company for services that we had already paid for. I called their office and spoke with Cami who was the most unfriendly and unhelpful person. The insurance company paid them on August 1 and today is August 15. I called to find out when my check would be issued and Cami told me "we would get to it when we get to it". She says that there is one person who processes the payments and it just takes time and I just have to wait. She refused to give me a timeline on when I would get a check and said someone would call me later. When I asked to speak to the office manager, she was even ruder and said she was the office manager. How fair is it that they get paid twice and they can take as long as they want to send my check? I am very disappointed. When I called to get an appt. for my daughter everyone at the office was friendly but when I call to get my money, I get the worst customer service. I am very disappointed with their service.

Weve been to see Dr. Eryn since my now-3-year-old was 2, and Dr. Eryn and everyone who works at Just For Kids are wonderful. Theyre friendly and make the experience of visiting a dentist for the first time happy and not intimidating for a toddler. There are toys to play with in the waiting room and in the treatment area (for when the dentist is talking to the parent), movies to watch to help the kids relax, and stickers and little goodies to choose from after the appointment. They give helpful info, explanations, and advice. Basically, I wish Dr. Eryn could be my dentist, too!

The staff are friendly, calm, and reassuring--both for kids and parents! Ive taken my son to Dr. Maribel since he was 2, and he asks when he gets to go visit again! He is so comfortable there, thanks to the amazing people :) The office is bright, clean, and full of great distractions for the kiddos!

Dr. Eryn Donohue is just awesome! I take my 11 year old and 5 year old to her practice and they look forward to seeing her. Her work is outstanding and she is good at explaining what she does to the kids. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a Pediatric Dentist.

I feel very bad about the way Dr. Donahue treated me regarding a misunderstanding of the billing process. I felt verbally attacked after speaking with her. There was no offer made to mitigate the dispute. It is unfortunate that I saw a very unattractive side of her personality.

After Dr. Eryn came in late to help my daughter after a tooth trauma incident, my daughter has wanted to keep coming back. She loves it there and was even "selling" my son on the amazing people and prizes. Definitely check them out!
