Pure Dental Spa is exceptional. Customer service/appreciation is their top priority and it is clear by the effort they put forth. My appointment was scheduled efficiently on my limited availability. Isabel and Mehul verified my benefits ahead of time and both took the time to establish a connection with me. One of the most important and impressive things about the office is the updated use of technology and all that is available to you in just one visit.I had a cleaning, laser treatment, and sealants all in my first appointment. My dental hygienist, Jazmin, was so well-spoken and knowledgeable. We have a history of gingivitis in my family & mom had her teeth pulled at an early age. I was demonstrating some early signs and nearly panicked. Jazmin answered each of my questions in such detail. I actually understood the issues I was experiencing and the importance of detailed oral hygiene. I cannot thank Jazmin enough for her time. Dr. Patel discussed and prioritized my treatment needs. She reviewed all of my issues in detail and prioritized my care. She scheduled a follow up for Monday even though she was booked. I am a medical professional and I pride myself in spending time to educate patients. It is rare that I experience a professional that sets the bar higher. Dr. Patel did NOT rush me and sacrifice the quality of care. The office was so busy and I felt like I was the only customer in the building. This was the best experience Ive ever had at the dentist and I know pretty soon, theyre gonna need to expand! :) Thank you so much.

I just posted this same review on Yelp, but I had such a wonderful experience I had to post it on Google+ as well. See below. Ive been going to Pure for almost a year and have always been very pleased with my treatment, however I literally just got back from an emergency root canal and felt like I had to leave a review- lets just say that this place is the best. Dr. Patal was off today, but the Dr. she had to cover was unbelievably nice, professional, and understanding considering how much pain I was in. Also, the staff there was incredible. I was nervous going in (as I said, I was in a lot of discomfort and nervous to boot) but they were so empathetic and understanding, and did everything they could to help me feel more at ease. Important notes: they also took their time explaining my insurance benefits, what I would owe, and post-op procedures, which is not something every places does. They also stopped whenever I had a question or gave the tiniest indication that I was uncomfortable.I also normally get my twice yearly cleanings from Jose - probably the best hygienist Ive ever seen. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them to Pure Dental Spa. Seriously.

I have been going to Pure Dental Spa for several years now and my experience there has always been top notch! The waiting room is very relaxing with coffee and water available while you wait. Once in the dentist chair they offer several spa packages as well as a TV to watch whatever you would like while they are working on your teeth. Pure Dental Spa makes a trip to the dentist as comfortable as possible. Also, they are very clear regarding on what they recommend for your teeth, as well as what your insurance will and won’t cover. They won’t do any work unless you are 100% sure on what your out of pocket costs will be, which insures that there are no billing questions after you leave! Once your session is over they are very good at communicating when your next appointment will be through email and text message reminders. A great dentist that does great work in a very relaxing environment!

This practice is amazing. My whole family has been coming here for a few years and the service could not be better. They are great with kids, my 7 yr old and 4 yr old actually LIKE going to the dentist. But I am writing this review based on the outstanding service we received just yesterday. My 7 year received a sports related injury at school yesterday (Frisbee to the face), I called the dentist immediately since there was a significant amount of blood coming from her mouth/front teeth. They said to come right over and they they saw her immediately. They were gentle and sweet to my little girl and explained everything they were doing so that she wouldnt be scared. Thankfully it appears there was no lasting damage, but I am so appreciative to the dentist and the whole staff for their assistance during our little emergency. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Pure Dental Spa is the best dental office I have ever been to, THE BEST. The whole experience is great from the time to walk in to the time you leave. The entire staff is there to help with anything you need and really takes pride in doing a good job. The best part is that it feels more like a spa than a dental office. The warm neck pillow puts you at ease and smells amazing. The hand wax leaves you with your hands feeling nice and soft. Jose-The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was fantastic, he was very through and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Patel is awesome, extremely knowledgeable about my dental work & answered all of my questions with ease. Overall, the entire process was painless and I cant recommend this practice enough. Go check them out yourself and I am sure you will agree.

Dr Patel and her staff do an amazing job everytime I come in, I continue to recommend her practice as it is like no other dental practice I have ever been to, I am very excited about her opening her 2nd location in the west loop located at 1222 w madison as I beleive that area will be very thrilled about the dental experience her and her staff will be providing, they create a new perspective for the dental community, they take away all the nerves that are experienced before entering the dentist and provide you with a comfortable relaxing experience where you wont even know your at a dentist but rather a spa as it states in the name. Great job Dr. Patel and staff as i always enjoy coming back!!!

I am currently in need of an oral surgeon. I learned of Pure Dental Spa on the internet and was impressed by the positive reviews on the web and noted that they had an oral surgeon on staff. So I arranged an appointment. I met with Dr. Patel and the dental hygienist, Jasmine. They ran a complete set of x-rays on me, inspected my teeth and took pictures of problem teeth; they analyzed my situation, and provided me with a dental plan; all at no cost to me. I was very impressed by their thoroughness and pleasant personalities. If you are looking for a dentist, I would definitely recommend that you visit Pure Dental Spa.

I have been coming here for a little over a year and I would highly recommend this place! Not many people enjoy visits to the dentist, however, everyone here puts all fears at ease. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable and so nice. The environment is also comforting. They even have a comfort menu and you can can choose to have a paraffin wax treatment for your hands or just watch TV, as there is a TV in every room, so you relax and watch some HGTV while your dental needs are being taken care of. I cant say enough great things about this place. Hands down, the best dentist I have ever had!
