I scheduled an appointment for my son to get an eye exam. I was excited because it was close to home. Our appointment was at 3:00 and they even called to confirm the day before. When we arrived the receptionist didnt greet us, so I told her we were there for an appointment at 3. She looked in the book and told us the appointment was for 3:30. She was rude and a little condescending. She didnt apologize or try to fit me in. I will not be back.

They were supposed to have the glasess I ordered in on Monday for a birthday...I called the day before and they said there going to be in on Tuesday that they shipped....I got there on Tuesday and they told me that they didnt pass inspection and wont be ready Untill Thursday...totally ruined the birthday surprise...why would they tell me they shipped the day before....totally disappointing....I wont be back
