Please look on Yelp at "Invision Eye Care OD" and youll understand more - Like most are saying, Dr. Miller is awesome to work with but his staff fails to meet even mediocre standards of customer service. It seems like when he does peep his head out of his back office you see postures set up quickly however as soon as he walks back, its back to being ignored by the front desk. Please Pay Attention To This::::: If you do get an eye exam from them GREAT!, however, DO NOT BUY THE GLASSES or FRAMES through them. My insurance is great but Im still fronting $88 out of my own pocket because the blonde woman that maintains all of the frames OVERPRICES them by almost 50%. I was dumb and bought my Boss Orange glasses there for $190!!!! They are all over Google for and Amazon for no more than $100. DO NOT BUY YOUR FRAMES THERE!

I had been a happy patient here for 4 years, but when I went in this year for my routine exam, the staff and Dr. Crum tried to push me to get the laser retinal scan, even though it is an extra fee not covered by my insurance. When I insisted that I did not want to have it done, Dr. Crum complained about the amount of time that a regular dilation takes (20 mins.) vs. the laser retinal scan and did not take the time to explain the results of my exam with me. Had I been given some forewarning about the new policies before I made my appointment, I would have researched the laser retinal scan and decided whether I wanted to have it done, rather than having it continually pushed at me. Wont be returning!

Ive been seeing Dr. Crum for over 10 years now, and he is fantastic. There is never a wait and he spends considerable time ensuring your prescription is exact. Im very impressed with the staffs knowledge and they provide great customer service. I would highly recommend this office. Overall, they are the best place in town for contacts and glasses. Reasonably priced and great quality products from reputable labs. I always opt for the retinal scan, and dont understand why anyone would complain about this procedure. The price is reasonable, and your vision should be worth the meager $40.00 it cost for the scan.

This review is from Cami Webb. I have been going to Invision Eyecare for about 5 years and the care continues to be excellent. Dr. Crum is very professional and when I needed adjustments on my new contacs (bifocal) he got it just right. Equally important to me is that I have never had to wait; if my appointment is 2:00 I am seen at 2:00. Also, the staff is very friendly and competent. I love the new option to make an appointment online
