Doesnt honor their own Online booking times for appointments and the Dr was dismissive about the issue when brought to his attention the day prior to the appoint. I tried to accomodate this office by removing the contact lens exam (half of the reason i was going in the first place) and the receptionist also asked for me to come in 15 minutes earlier. I accepted to only receive a phone call the next day wanting to reschedule all together. My advice? if you want this place avoid opening/closing/ and staff break times cause god forbid they be available for when their scheduling states they are.

AWESOME STAFF. . and the updated process in the exam where they take a picture of the eye so it is not just a written report with Dialation, but an actual picture of the eye that can be compared over time to see minute changes. . . and now it is doing a mini MRI of the eye to see under the initial layer of the eye, helps find earlier issues sooner. . . GREAT DOCTOR. . very friendly and love going in. . . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. .

I work M-F and dont get off until 6:30pm, so its difficult to usually make appointments for myself. Zmyslinski Eye & Contact Lens Center were able to schedule me for a Sunday...a Sunday! This was also my 1st ever appointment with an eye specialist. Everyone made my experience a great one, from the front desk crew to the doc! Quick but thorough & extremely informative throughout, I truly enjoyed the whole process!

My glasses broke beyond any reasonable repair today, and my prescription was too old to reuse. I looked this optometrist up at noon and was able to schedule an appointment at 1PM, same day. They have their new patient form online so you can avoid the hand cramps, and they got me in very quickly. The doctor and the techs were quick, courteous, and professional. Cant ask for a better experience.

The doctors and staff are very professional and my experience was great. They got me in on time and once they started the exam, they kept it moving and I didnt have to wait inbetween eye exams.
