I called to make an appointment for my mom a week ago and they told me to call again the week after at 8 in the morning. A week later I tried calling again in the afternoon right after class (Im a college student), and again they told me to call the next day at 8am. The next day I had class at that time again so I called at around 7:30 but the clinic was not yet open. I called again at 9 with permission from my professor and the lady rudely told me that I HAVE to call at 8am to make the appointment. All my classes are in the morning and if I miss a part of the lecture then its going to affect my studies. This is college not high school, the professor is not going to go over a part that one student missed. I dont know who decided to make the system for appointments but it needs to go.

Drs suck! Place looks gettho as hell! Nurse was wearing a freaking hoodie bright purple w silver designs, acted like a teen, had me take my own temp, and dr wasnt dr like...very much not not confident! Atmosphere isnt calming at all...confusing when u go in there! Doesnt have a map telling you what drs are where! Plus, they rold me to wait in lobby to get called for blood work waited almost 2hrs, and they closed the front desk! I told them 5min before they closed that I was waiting for blood work...they told me to sit down and wait for discharge papers and then wait to be called...never happend..why did I need discharge papers anyway? I just got medication refills?

Front desk all they do is talking to each other. I had to be like hello! Oh they get mad because I interrupted their conversation.. Another thing they called my friends I had appointment of something! The County called me letting me know I had to go. I told the guy till now you call me? Because a girl called my friends and never called me! He told I Am So Sorry maam . Terrible customer service and communication!

Sigh.. There is no point of making appointment with the doctor. This is second time in a row now and makes me feel so sick of this place. Even though my app time was 10:45. I waited in waiting area for 40 min, than another 45 min waiting in the room. I havent seen the doctor yet..

As a county and state run hospital it actually offers a wide range of services. Dental clinic is busy and books appointments two to three months out.
