I went to this location for a follow up on a procedure that I had six months prior. They informed me they would need to perform another biopsy that would be larger than the last and would require stitches. I reluctantly agreed and had the procedure. Before they began I asked if they were going to wash their hands. The doctor briefly rinsed off her hands and the nurse didnt even bother. I should have just walked out at that point. After they were done the nurse explained I might get a black eye, something they never discussed until then and I asked several questions before hand. The stitches were sloppy, an area I would think a dermatologist would be highly skilled. I didnt even receive a phone call about the results. I received a letter filled with medical terminology and now I have to call for an explanation. I would never return to this office and would highly suggest you never step in the front door. Working in the medical field, hand hygiene is a major step in preventing the spread of diseases. With service like this I am surprised I didnt get MRSA or any other skin disorder.

Called and asked for simple estimate so I was transferred to the billing department. The lady in billing coldly refused to give me any sort of ballpark estimate so that I would know what I was getting into. I was told I would have to come in for a $150 consultation and get my estimate there. I ended up finding another establishment that provided me with the ballpark estimate I was looking for and they will get my business as a result. Doesnt seem like a place that knows how to help or welcome in new patients. It may not be the billing ladys fault if its their policy not to provide general prices. Nevertheless, dont expect any roughly estimated pricing over the phone. You will have to come in and pay money for that info. I respect places that will give you the price estimates so that you dont get there and pay lots of money just to hear that you cant afford the procedure...but thats just me.

This place is beyond awful. If you have a real concern of any kind with your skin, I URGE URGE URGE you to see someone else. The doctor that saw me had literally spent 30 seconds in the office and was getting ready to leave. He glanced so fast at my concerns that I didnt even believe he looked correctly. He then told me that my concerns "could maybe" become more serious but he didnt know. He gave me some generic creams, and was so pushy and so fast to leave the room that it was almost disgusting. About a week after visiting the office, I was sent spam email for $700 skin-care kits. I was sick to my stomach at the scum-bag mentality at this office. It literally blew my mind. Never, EVER, go here. Its in a nice area of westerville, but its far from a nice "doctors" office.

I went in with mild acne, deciding that everything I was trying OTC was not working...the first time I went there they examined my face and prescribed a gel for nighttime...then my follow up visit came along, (lots had improved from the gel,) they then examined my face and bumped me up with a pill and a morning gel with my night gel, and as of right now my face is 80% clearer than before I decided to go see a dermatologist. And I am hoping one day it will be at 100%. I am still taking the meds and the gel, its a long process but it is worth it. These people are nice, friendly and professional. Get in, get out, no hassle. They know their stuff! My face is not completely clear but it is getting there! I highly reccomend this dermatologist!

Excellent experience, as always! Staff is always nice and answers all questions. My appointment time was 9am. I was in the exam room by about 9:10 (which is actually later than normal). Dr. was in after about 5 minutes, gave me my exam (6 month check up) and I was back at the receptionist desk setting my next appointment by 9.35! I have NEVER seen a doctors office run so efficiently and on time. It is worth it for me to drive the 45 minutes to get there knowing I will be in and out in a timely manner. I have recommended them to anyone in need of this type of service, and will continue to do so! Only 5 stars, because I cant give them 10!

I got great care here. I had severe ezcema on my hands. I saw one doctor for a couple of months until he moved to a different state, and they transferred me to another doc seamlessly who continued treatment. After that doc determined that I had something rare, he didnt try to keep me in-house for extra insurance charges on crazy tests and treatments; he referred me to an outside, top-notch specialist. Every time I visited I thought the doc spent a good amount of time with me with thorough exams and showed interest in me as a patient as evidenced by putting my condition before my money. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have seen NP Kelsie Hammond for my initial new patient visit and for my 6 month follow-up. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and allows me to be a part of my care. She spends time discussing her recommended treatment options and we decide what is best for me together. I have already recommended her to multiple friends. I am in the medical profession but have very limited understanding of dermatology. I appreciate when providers are approachable, easy to talk to, and able to explain rationalization for treatments. I have no unmet expectations because she is an excellent dermatology provider.

Dr. Lingham and the entire staff at the CSD & DA were wonderful! Id unsuccessfully consulted two other dermatologists about a rash that had appeared on my face and I was very self conscience about it. Dr. Linghams diagnosis was spot on, her course of treatment was immediatly effective and her patient interaction was amazing. I really felt like she was caring for a family memeber. It was a focused, warm and engaging appointment. I dont hesitate to recommend this practice to friends and family. This was a first rate experience.

I started going here for acne and the two dermatologists Ive seen have rushed me out of my appointment and made me feel like they were too busy to answer my questions. Also, when I tried to tell them that the medications werent working that well, they didnt listen and wouldnt change them. If you want to feel like your time is important and you want to be listened to, do NOT make an appointment with the Center for Surgical Dermatology!

I had an excellent experience. I was a new patient with a painful rash. Other places could not get me in for three MONTHS, they gave me an appointment in two DAYS - even though I was a new patient! The office appears to be well-run, I was checked in efficiently, and seen by the doctor in a relatively timely manner. She addressed all my concerns and gave me a prescription to try. I would highly recommend this office to others!

My particular physician, Dr Rupert, is very attentive and thorough, and always provides the time for a complete exam even if unexpected/unplanned time/procedures are required. She always makes you feel like the focus is on you versus being in a rush to get to her next patient. Dr Ruperts assistant (Kelsey, I believe), is very informative and helpful as well. Ive recommended Dr Rupert in the past and will continue to do so.
