This place is horrible I called to see what I needed to be seen for my knee they told me my mom for a wage report cause I wasnt working me and my mom drove over thirty miles for nothing I got the wage report and then the lady in the window said you have to pay $30 one time fee if it wasnt for mom catching her telling me to sighn in. She would told me I owe them money as soon as I came out the back and they could of mention this over the phone and that was real dirty trying to stiff me that way
