I cannot review the physician however I can say the person who answered the phone when I tried to call to make a new patient appointment was extremely rude. When I couldnt answer the question she was asking as my insurance card didnt have that answer on it, she placed me on hold and came back rudely stating the dr will not being taking any new patients with any type of insurance with my carrier. How true is that statement or did she just not want to do the work to make my appointment. If the dr would have been taking new patients with my insurance I wouldnt have been making that appt as the front office was extremely rude!

Excellent doctor who has knowledge in pulmonary, sleep, and internal medicine. The one doctor who actually listens to what you say and focuses on the root cause not just the symptoms. Very hard to get an appointment so never miss it or be 30 min. late. You wont go wrong with this referral. I feel she is someone youd like to have as a friend.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Whims-Squires. After dealing with Obstuctive Sleep Apnea for many, many years our move to Clearwater led me to her. She is definitely the most thorough, and most empathetic, doctor I have had the pleasure to be treated by, and I would recommend her highly to anyone needing help with any pulmonary issues.
