The worst doctors office ever. All of the staff there are icompetent, the nurses act like they have no clue what they are doing and the doctors seem knowledgeable but are extremely rude. I just called the answering service to ask a medical question about my child and they call me back about 20 minutes later saying that Dr. Kay tried to call me and I didnt answer, my phone didnt ring and I had no missed calls, and when I told the women on the phone that she said "Well I know he tried to call you" and cut me off in mid sentance. And when I was finally connected to Dr. Kay the first thing he said to me on the phone was "You could of answered your phone" and when I told him that my phone didnt ring and that I had no missed calls he got very defensive and practically yelled "I called you twice and you didnt answer!". All I was trying to do was ask a medical question about my 3 year old son because I was concerned about him and I was yelled at and treated like a lier and had both the answering service woman and the doctor be extremely rude to me. I will never have my son go there again and first thing tomorrow Im going in there to complain. There is absolutely no reason to treat a patients mother the way they treated me. I am shocked that I was treated that way.

Have been a patient of Doctor Kay for many years. I am extremely well pleased with my care there. Its a small, clean office located near downtown Clearwater. Very easy to access. The personalized attention far exceeds other doctors offices. Thank you Doctor Kay and office staff for all you have done for me down through the years.
