I was referred to this place by my phaciatrist to get my back adjusted while he was out of town. I walked in and explained that i was there to get my back adjusted and i explained that my copay was $35.00 and i wanted to make sure that i would not get charged anymore then that. I was told they would call my insurance company.....okay fair enough. They called me in to their physician and i again asked if we needed to wait till they were done talking to my insurance company....I was told no need to wait and i asked again....are you sure. Then i was asked to step on their scale and again i told them i was there to have my back adjusted and not for a family doctors visit. They said this was a formality then then i was brought in to the room and they now wanted to take my blood pressure.....again i asked why is the necessary to get my back adjusted and i was not represented with a reasonable explanations. The doctor comes in and completes the adjustment and he was great and very thorough. We complete the adjustment and i come out to the patient desk and i am presented with a $195.00 bill and was explained that this was not an existing injury and they have to use a specific code to bill the insurance company......unbelievable right. I call my insurance company and i have them on speakerphone with the office manager and my insurance company explains to the very negative and quite frankly very unhelpful female office manager how my coding has been entered for the last year so she could match it. The office manager refused to accept the insurance companies codes and i was forced to pay $195.00 instead of the $35.00 i clearly explained to them before we started. It gets better, i get my statement from my insurance company and not only was i overcharged for the procedure they also charged my insurance for a $125.00 family practife fee for seeing a physician. I have waited over two months to get reimbursed from them for their overcharge and to this day i have still not received my refund. Worst experience ever, i am amazed they are still being allowed to be open as a business. In my opinion a business overcharging the insurance system.....what a joke.

I got a call saying that Dr. Bacon was gone 10 days before my appointment and that Dr. Caren did feel like treating me and therefore would not even offer a refill on my medications until I can find a decent dr. He is not mindful if the oath 1st do no harm and in addition to his horrendous bedside manner is downright nasty. This practice lost their only asset.

Worst office manager EVER. She is nothing but venom and nasty. Left the practice and took my family and friends with me. To bad when the doctor was very nice but you have to get thru her to see him and sometimes she blocks you from even speaking to your own doctor. Stay away until this woman goes away! No wonder Dr Bacon left. I dont blame her.
