I do not like being forced to leave negative reviews about caretakers, but I feel that new patients in need of assistance need to know the truth. My wife and I had been patients of this practice for a single year. We had recently moved from a small rural community where our medical needs were more than taken care of. In the beginning, we were pleased by the professionalism and kind nature provided by the practitioners. But that was soon overshadowed by egregious mishandling of our diabetic needs, my wifes constant headaches and the constant confusion of our prescriptions. Every time we visited, we had to remind them what medication we were taking. The doctor quickly stopped prescribing a migraine medication she had been taking for years without explanation and we could never get them to prescribe our diabetic medications along with our supplies. Unless I am an idiot, I am not aware of a method of taking insulin from a pen that does not include needles. These transgressions upset us tremendously, but we were tired of looking for another doctor and weathered their incompetence. When the nurse practitioner Kathy yelled at my wife for not caring for herself and not taking her care seriously that was the last straw. There is no reason for blatant disrespect of your patients and a lack of basic care. I should not have to remind you to prescribe every single item of my care. If that was the case, I would not need you. They have a practice of terminating any form of pain medication that you were previously subscribed without actually understanding what the underlying issue is. We overheard another patient in the waiting room complaining about the exact same issue. If you are a person who has no chronic illnesses and a stomach for disrespect, I absolutely recommend this practice. Otherwise, I recommend a doctor and nurse practitioner staff that actually wants to do their job.

Terrible customer service. Over the phone I was told by the receptionist to "hurry up because i have people in line". Also, when i visited the office of Dr Auyang there was nobody at the front desk and bobody came despite ringing the bell. After 10 minutes, Dr Auyang finally popped her head out from behind a wall, appeared annoyed and said "we dont have much staff today" and disappeared. At the very least she could have greeted the patients who had come in and said "we will be right with you" and maintained a level of courtesy and professionalism.

Ive been going here for about 15 years and I love Dr. Craig OSullivan and Amy. They are always friendly, willing to listen to any concerns, questions, etc. It is a busy office too with lots of doctors within the same building. Its nice that they have a lab for blood drawls in the same building. Its easy and they know what they are doing. I recommend GFM to everyone.

First of all Ive been a patient since Cherry Bottom when Rob Zaino and Miller first became doctors. Over 20 plus yrs ago. Dr O is great also. The three made Generations wht it is today. The best Dr to treat you. Yes Rob Zaino is gone but he is just down the hall, not VA! The Practitioners are amazing Dave is the best. Amy too. Thumbs up Generations.

Very rude people answering the phones for this practice. I have been going here for many years, since grade school, and feel very insulted and stranded, alone to figure out the health care system by myself after coming back from college with a new condition to manage. Thanks a ton for helping me navigate absolutely nothing.

Absolutely love Dr. Andrew Trout. He does have late appts at least one day per week which helps my schedule when I need to see him. They promptly return phone calls and he knows my background very well. Appreciate his expertise.

Leave you waiting sometimes more than an hour past your appointment time. No explanation. Front desk people are rude. I have found a more professional place for my health care. I would advise other people to do the same.

If I could rate no stars, I absolutely would. The front desk "supervisor" is incredibly unprofessional and rude. The physicians at this office arent worth the BS you have to go through to actually be seen.
