The procedure is relatively quick as it is only lasts about 10 minutes. However the entire staff is very adamant about "taking 2 - 4 hour nap" after your surgery. Let me tell you, it is impossible to fall asleep with the amount of pain you are in after the numbing drops wear off. The excruciating burning pain lasted much longer than 4 hours for me. I was in so much unbearable pain that I called their "emergency hotline".... the operator told me that the Doctor would call me right away. When they called, I couldnt get to my phone right away because I couldnt see very well. And when I got my fiance to help me call back the number that called me, nobody answered as it said that it was not in service. Then I never heard from the Doctor or anybody else the rest of the night. I was very disappointed that I called an emergency number when I was in the most unbarable pain that Ive ever been in, and they tried to called me 1 time unsuccessfully.... 1 time.. when a patient calls an EMERGENCY line, they should try to reach you more than one time. Especially when its regarding eye surgery and I couldnt see my phone to answer it correctly the only time he called. Very disappointed in this customer service. They definitely dropped the ball on this. And as far as my results, its too early to tell, but my left eye vision is much more clear then my right. And my Up Close vision is far worse in my right eye than it was before the procedure. I hope this gets better and I dont regret this decision. My fiance was going to get Lasik at LasikPlus but changed her mind after our experience. 2 stars out of 5. And thats being nice. After insurance and discounts, I still paid over $3,300 out of pocket. At this cost, I expected exceptional service and didnt receive it. I dont recommend this company to anybody.

An absolutely amazing experience. The zero-pressure, 100% free consultation is a great reason for anyone curious about the who process to give it a go. I was initially skeptical that nothing is truly free, but if all youre looking for is information and have always wondered if you were even a candidate, this is the place to start! While the 20/20 results tend to speak for themselves with a LASIK provider, the staff is truly where the experience is made. The Easton branch is comprised of a very friendly staff that excels at explaining everything very thoroughly and welcomes questions. One of the very few medically-related services where I truly get the feeling that people absolutely love their job and dont drag their feet to work. The day of the procedure was very straight forward, and the staff continues to walk you through every step, step by step. Nothing feels rushed or ill prepared, and everything goes very smooth. Follow up instructions and medications are reviewed in depth, and 3 check-up appointments are setup post-procedure. In my personal experience, I ended up 20/20 on the day after, although 20/20 vision may take longer for some people. If you are a candidate, results are guaranteed. The building and office are very clean and tidy, and the surroundings are quite inviting. It doesnt have the typical feel that our "olden day" Optometrists offices from the 80s and 90s have burnt into our minds. If youve ever given LASIK a thought, this is an excellent place to start. 5 solid stars on both Yelp and Google from nearly 75 combined reviews cant be wrong, and I couldnt be happier with either the experience or the results.

The staff here are phenomenal. From the moment I walked in for my consult, I was met with friendly and courteous staff. The doctors were all amazing and caring. As they explained things thoroughly and precisely, I felt a wave of assurance and comfort with scheduling my procedure. They provided a mound of information and did everything to prepare me for my procedure. I received a post card in the mail reminding me of my appointment. On the day of my appointment, they were running a few minutes behind and out of respect for my time, they called me and alerted me to the delay so I could relax a little longer. How amazing is it for a doctor to call you and tell you to come in later. What a concept! When I arrived, I was met with the same friendly faces. They quickly got me going and even offered a valium to calm my nerves. I met with the doctor who explained step by step what I would feel, see, smell and hear. They walked me through every step and told me what was going to happen before it happened. Afterwards, I left with my instructions. I got home, ate, took 2 benadryl and 2 advil and slept 12 hours. I woke up being able to see clear without the need of my glasses. I feel great and so excited. I am beyond ecstatic that I finally decided to go through this. The staff here are fabulous and to anyone contemplating Lasik, I highy recommend and encourage LASIK Plus as it will be the best decision you ever made. I felt very safe and comfortable in LASIK Plus hands and I have complete confidence in my healing.

My experience with LasikPlus was not unlike the others who have posted before me. The nurses are wonderful and I had heard nothing but great things about my doctor until I finally got the chance to meet him before my surgery. I had the opportunity to watch a surgery through the glass with a helpful and guiding nurse before my own surgery and once I saw it done, I was much more calm, for I knew what to expect. Before the surgery, I was given a teddy bear named Seymour as a cuddly companion, who helped me through :) I wont lie, the perforation part hurt a lot; however, the pain was gone as soon as that part was done (it only took a few seconds) and the rest of the surgery was only a matter of keeping my eyes open. After the surgery I couldnt open my eyes for a few hours and my eyes were profusely tearing up, but after I woke up my eyes felt fine and the world looked like it did when I wore old contact lenses. The very next day I drove to my early morning appointment and was tested for having 20/15 vision, which is better than 20/20. My eyes still feel a little sore, but as it is the morning after the surgery, Im sure theyre just finishing up on the healing part. Im really thankful that I had the opportunity to get my eyes corrected at such a young age and for a great price. If you go there, youll be continually told that "youre in great hands with Dr. Thomas," and now I have the pleasure to be able to agree!

The staff here succeeded in making me feel more comfortable and welcome than some of my friends do when welcoming me to their home. Not only were the friendly and wonderful, but they were extremely professional and confidence inspiring. Ive gone back and forth on whether or not I wanted to get LASIK for more than 10 years, and have been to several centers for consultations. LASIKplus stood far above the rest. They laid out my financing options in clear terms that were easy to understand, and I finally decided to take the plunge. I couldnt be happier. The surgeon had an excellent bedside manner, as did the nurses. I was still nervous even with the Valium, so they patiently waited until I was ready to proceed with each step, taking every step possible to make me comfortable. I was previously near sighted with astigmatism in both eyes and couldnt see more than a foot from my face without glasses, and went with the custom wavelength LASIK. When I sat up from the operating bench and opened my eyes I could see everyones faces and read the writing on the wall. I was overwhelmed with joy. Twenty-three hours later I drove myself back (first time ever driving without corrective lenses) for the first follow up, and tested at 20/20 vision. Theyve told me it will only improve. I cant say enough good things about these wonderful people and the miracles they are able to perform with such amazing advanced technology.
