I switched my OB early during my pregnancy. I was recommended by a coworker to try Dr. Frost. My first appointment with Dr. Frost was very thorough, I felt as if she cared about me and my unborn child. She explained the process of birthing a child, and made sure she had every detail about my medical history correct, since I was a new patient. It was a month or two wait to get in to her office but the wait was definitely worth it. I delivered my 9pd daughter at St. John Moross Hospital and she did a phenomenal job. I was dealing with depression during my pregnancy and she explained the importance of being healthy and speaking with a social worker and/or psychologist. Dr. Frost provided me with resources and I actually followed up with a psychologist. Even after my delivery, Dr. Frost explained the importance of following up with my psychologist in two weeks due to possible postpartum depression. Sometimes it takes a long time to see good Doctors but let me tell you, shes an awesome doctor to wait for.

Saw the great reviews and decided to call to schedule an appointment after a bad experience with my last OBGYN. I was terribly disappointed with the service and didnt even make one. When I called and talked to Mia (apparently the only person who handles appointments) she was very curt and rude. I had to call back because they needed me to confirm my insurance would be accepted beforehand. I did and when I did she wasnt there. The other lady told me shed take a meaaagw and theyd call back. Never called me back. I called her back and gave her my info but they wanted to schedule me out MONTHS. This was partially due to unforeseen circumstances that happened to Dr. Frost but the wait time for an appointment was absurd and coupled with Mias awful attitude I decided to take my business elsewhere. Dr. Frost may be great but you have to get past horrible receptionists and month(s) long waits just to get to her.

I worked with Dr. Frost in the Old ER at saint john moross and I loved her then as a resident and I love her now as having her own practice I was there today because I had some concerns of my own I even took my husband with me and she made him and myself feel very comfortable and welcome I am very honored to be one of her new patients thank you Dr. Frost

Dr. Frost is the most kind, patient, and compassionate doctor anyone could ask for. She not only get to the bottom of your issue, she educates you. She help you understand HOW IT HAPPENED AND HOW TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. I have referred 3 people to Dr. Frost and they all have thanked me tremendously. Thank you Dr. Frost

Went out of town when I was 36 weeks, didnt have anyone cover my appointments and her office wouldnt release my records to a different doctor. I gave birth at 39 weeks with a resident doctor. Im 3 weeks postpartum and havent heard from her or her office. Very unprofessional and does not care about her patients.
