I do not feel that Dr. Heinkling has much of that so-called Bedside Manner. Or maybe she just disliked me? I had two appointments with Dr. Heinkling. Both times I waited over an hour to see her. The first time was the initial visit appointment, (so I figured it would be longer) plus there were plenty of very sick patients waiting to see her. I cant hold it against the doctor for first seeing the obviously ill patients first. However, on my second visit I was quite sick myself. I arrived early, and waited. And waited. Five people came in after me, several were called before me. I asked them what time their appointments were, and they were all after my time. I was finally called, and after being put in a room, I again waited another 35-40 minutes. When I FINALLY saw the doctor and left, no one was in the office! My appointment was at 2:30p and I left at 5:15p. Ive never been treated like that before, and Ive never returned! I also feel the doctor runs unneeded lab tests. My first appointment she ran a urinalysis, for no apparent reason. (Except for money perhaps?) Her office staff deserves kudos. They are pleasant and go above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunate that the doctor in the office cannot be the same.

The office has been closed down we received our letter stating that the office was closed on January 02, 2017. We will miss Dr. Heinking, and the office staff, she was my doctor for about 10 years
