My one and only visit with dr.Alrais in 2014 of aug i had not been to a dr.in15 yrs so i had a physical & pap smear & women exam 1st there were too many nurses or trainees in the room at least 4-5 girls with him it freaked me out he was in a hurry very forceful i not go to doctor in 15 yrs because i had horrible experiences before i hate being weighed too i think if u not want to be weighed they should respect that i would go in the doctors more even when i weighed 110 pds i have put some weight on over the yrs since i got in my 40s i hated being weighed then he had the nerve to say i was partial obese to join weight watchers i hate being around too many people and that would freak me out then he say to walk in my neigborhood for exercise well its not safe for any women to walk by herself anywhere i had injured my foot and he said come back in a month if its still hurting then he will do xrays on my foot and i wanted to know if my blood work showed if i was in menopause he say no need to worry about it when it happens it will i insisted on him testing me he had nurses draw more blood which i assumed the 1st time they be testing me for it but not do it and because my pap smear was done right after my period it didnt come back right & i said i had lower back soreness from an old injury he had me go in for 2 different cancer ultrasound very uncomfortable test had me and my husband worried for a month i might have cancer all because he didnt listen to me he thought because of my lower back issues might be related to ovarian cancer never heard when i said injured my back ..my results came back nornal he was in a rush with my whole exam and made me feel like i was badly over weight i exercise 5 days a week. He us by far the worse doctor i have ever been too in my whole life i have not been to another doctor since that visit he never helped me with my issues my foot is still in pain i miss the days when a doctor actually cared and took the time to listen to us & answer our questions and help us its taking me over 2 yrs to write this because i was so upset i will never go back to that doctors office again or any other doctor at this place when i was in my 20s and went to the doctors and there would be 1 nurse in with the doctor to help examine me and the doctors actually listen to our questions and really cared about us its sad when i feel so uncomfortable to go to a doctors now geeze stop forcing us to display our weight on a huge scale for all to see and embarrass us and doctors who dont want to listen to us and care for us have no business even being a doctor i hope this helps someone else

Dr. Mark Alrais was horrible. It took him all of 5 minutes to insult my intelligence. He completely blew me off as if I were a brainless moron. Im so disgusted with our health system and this guy embodies everything that is wrong with health care in this country. Dont waste 2 months waiting for a new patient appointment, this guy wont give you the time of day and has no idea what hes talking about. He rolled his eyes at my medical condition because Im not overweight?? He literally spent 5 minutes with me, didnt ask me any questions that pertained to my symptoms, and was somehow able to determine that I couldnt possibly have a condition that I was diagnosed 10 years ago by an OB/Gyn who actually ran the tests. Sure, many women with PCOS are overweight, but many are not. I have all the symptoms except obesity, which is not uncommon. He cited incorrect diagnostic parameters and when I told him about my symptoms - that are textbook based on the most widely used diagnostic criteria - he shrugged them off as unimportant, while essentially implying that I had no idea what I was talking about. Yeah, because Ive never researched my medical condition in the 10 years since Ive been diagnosed.

I have no idea what happened with anyone else but my best friend, my son and I go here. Ive never waited long for our appts. Never receive negative attitudes or bad service. Dr. Alrais is amazing. He doesnt push meds on you if you dont want them and advises natural ways first. He explains everything to me. He is wonderful with my son. He spends as much time with us as needed. He asks if we understand. He even ran an MRI for me to check the medical history i have in my family for brain bleeds because I hadnt been checked in over 10 yrs and because i was worried about my migraines. He definitely cares. I recommend this office all the time!!!

I have seen dr stachelski for years. He is a great dr and really takes his time with his patients. He has sat with me for 30-40 min going over medical history. The bad thing is he is very overbooked and hard to get into. If you dont see him yearly they consider you a new patient. However I have had to go to urgent care numerous times due to sickness and I couldnt get into him for a week. The receptionists can be short over the phone and I feels they need some help in that area. I deal with the 2 hour wait and inconveniences cause he is a great dr.

I went to 5-7 other offices before choosing this one as my primary care. Dr. Eckel is extremely caring and only refers me to the best of the best when I need a specialist. Every doctor in the area knows her well! The other doctors and staff in this office are if the same caliber. The most I have waited to go back for an appt is 10 min over the past 10 years! Excellent attention to their patients! You wont be disappointed!

Every time I go here, I wait for 45 minutes or longer past my scheduled appointment. If I did this in my line of work I would have ZERO clients. Respect peoples times. It doesnt matter, early appt. or late, expect a wait. Someone with authority needs to read these comments and take them into consideration on how to improve the customer experience.
