My family has been going to Dr. Earley for years. At one point, I did try to save money by going to one of those "discount" chains. Since I wear progressive lenses, they are expensive. After picking up my prescription from that "discount" place, the lenses made me dizzy. When I went back, they said "We cant make them" and gave me my money back. And, when it came right down to it, the final price was within dollars of Medina Vision & Laser. Going to a discount place is a mistake I wont make again. I have always received a perfect set of glasses through Medina Vision & Laser. On top of that, Dr. Earley has been working, tirelessly, with me to help me get into contact lenses. I am far sighted and havent been able to find ones that work for me (yet). Like I said, he is still trying. Trying my new contacts tomorrow...Thanks Dr. Earley for being so patient! Jim

Our family has gone there for years. We have had both doctors. They are both active in the community and very nice people. I, personally use Dr. Christine. She has a sense of humor, shows professionalism, is warm & compassionate. I had been other places in the past & was never satisfied with their service. I have found my new home for care of my eyes. Their office is comfortable & inviting, their staff is great and you wont be sorry you chose them!

I have been a patient for almost 20 years of Medina Vision and Laser Centre and I cant say enough good things about them. Even though I moved to Columbus a decade ago I still make the trek up to Medina for my vision needs. I would be so hard pressed to find the same level of customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff that I am loath to look anywhere else. My only complaint is that they arent closer to where I live and that is my own fault.

It is always a pleasure to visit with them. I love the new equipment they add to make exams go much smoother, especially the machine that eliminates the need to have my eyes dilated. If Medina Vision and Laser handled dental work, offered annual physicals, and performed surgeries, Id never go anywhere else for medical care. Dr. Early is warm, welcoming, and clearly highly knowledgeable and passionate about his field. Every visit to Medina Vision and Laser Centre feels like going to see a houseful of friends, from the staff to the assistants to the doctors. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We picked out glasses in 2 minutes and then waited 40 before we just left. I guess you could claim good customer service that the opticians were helping their current customers pick out glasses, but I thought it was ridiculous that they were engaging and chatting while we were trying to go.
