Before purchasing a groupon (up to $290 off glasses) I called and asked whether that would cover the entire cost of prescription sunglasses for my son. I was assured it would. When we arrived there was only one employee working and it took over an hour for her to be able to help. There was only one couple before us. If it takes over an hour to help one customer complete a purchase maybe you should have more than one employee working at a time! When we were finally helped, it turns out a pair of kids prescription sunglasses was going to be $365, so $75 in addition to the $55 groupon price. Thats more than the regular price at Costco. Their incompetence wasted two hours of my day.
