I have only been a patient for about a year and a half. I was referred to this office by several co-workers at Carilion. I never mind waiting if people are busy, but each time I have stood waiting for some acknowledgment that I am THERE, I have to wait for my person to stop texting to help me. My check out lady does not even look up to see me. Eventually the lady that cheked me in tells me to come around and she will help me. We laugh about the texting lady at work - most of us in my unit have experienced it. (BTW) we agree she is hiding it better lately, now she texts from her drawer. nice change!

Valley Family Dentistry has become our familys go to dental practice. Their staff is extremely professional, the wait time is very short and Dr. Farr somehow managed to make my 3 year old daughter actually enjoy her first dental visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental office!

I will never take my 5 yo daughter there again. It is not just that Dr. Singleton squeezed my daughters inner thigh, which I suppose was simply meant to reassure her, but that he held her down by her face and yelled at her, when she was, naturally enough, frightened of a needle, and of the pliers to remove her baby teeth. Not again.

My son was seen before he left for school. They worked him in last minute for teeth cleaning. He was very happy with Dr. Farr and will be switching permanently to her care! Having a young, friendly dentist that communicates well is very important to him, and me!
