When I made the appointment, I was not told that the patient would not receive a cleaning. We arrived for the appointment and ,x-rays were taken and a doctor came into the room and looked at the X-rays. We were told to wait where we were. The "manager" of the office came in and wanted to make an appointment for the actual cleaning. What? That was what I had made the appointment for, or so I thought. He said I could wait 30-40 minutes and they could do the cleaning. We made another appointment, which I found out was not scheduled at the time I heard him say it was for when I called the following week to clarify. I was told that both the patient and I had the wrong time and that there was not another time on the day specified. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said that based on the way the conversation was going, he was not going to give me a name or number and that he would talk with her and are her aware of the situation. If you feel the need to make your supervisor aware of the situation, you obviously feel the need to get your side heard first so that you can justify your mistake and inability to correct the situation. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I had a cracked denture. The staff and doctor were very professional and described my options well. I decided to get the crack fixed rather than spend an awful lot of money on replacements and I must say, they did an excellent job. I would have given 5 starts but, I am a bit concerned about the lack of fitting after the repair. As I had to get another minor crack fixed (they didnt charge me for the extra work), which I hadnt noticed until the original had been fixed, and so twice, it was returned without proper inspection by the doctor. On the last time around, the technician left the fix quite rough on the edges and I didnt really notice the problem until I got home. I am sure they would fix it if I went back but, its a long drive! I would still recommend them though and plan to return if I have problems in the future. Im not sure what other dentists charge for dentures, which is probably the same but, I was really shocked at how much it costs for new dentures, which are after all, are just a bit of molded acrylic and several hours of work! Thats the cost of healthcare these days, I guess!

If you have a family, this is not the practice for you. They will only see two people in a family in a day. I have four children so between my husband, my kids, and me, it takes us three long visits IF they can accommodate 2 of us at a time. I tried scheduling my kids 6 mo apts & they are scheduling over 8 months out. I tried scheduling an apt for my daughter who had to cancel an apt and even with FULL AVAILABILITY, any time, any day, they cant see her for 7 months. They try to sell products as well. For the past several visits its been an electric toothbrush that is over $100. ($130 maybe?) 6 times theyve done the demonstration & put me on the spot to buy this toothbrush. When my husband was out of work, I was made to feel like I wasnt making a good decision for my childrens dental health. I could barely buy groceries let alone $130 toothbrush. This is a practice that is all about numbers, not people.

If I could give no stars I would. Im truly disgusted. I had them cap my front teeth it took them 4 times and it was still wrong and Im no complainer. Temps fell out mutilpe times. The loss of work and fuel back and forth to that place was uncalled for. They had no idea what they are doing. Demanded money back and they refused like it was my fault. I contacted my lawyer im sueing them for time lost fuel and work pay loss. I wouldnt recommend anyone!!!! I paid out of pocket over 2 thousand dollars they are the biggest scam ever. Ill post ads everywhere and make sure no one goes there to waste their time. They mad a big mistake screwing my smile. If you want a messed up smile and horrible customer service this place is for you BEWARE. You have been warned.

I went to this Aspen and on my first visit they told me I had 5 fillings that were old and needed replaced. They did all four sides of my mouth at one time (2 1/2 hours) and my mouth hurt for a week. Shortly after I could not bite down my bottom right of my mouth where they fixed a filling hurt soo bad. The doctor came in and took about a 20 second glance and said I needed a root canal. I left there and was referred to Dr. Michael Korch by a friend. He got me right in, adjusted my bite, and 1 day later I m completely pain free. NO ROOT CANAL NEEDED. After a brief search online I found I am not the only one that was told this by Aspen when it wasn t needed. It seems as if they get paid by the amount of money/procedures they do.

I had an outstanding experience at the Aspen Dental in Cranberry Twp., PA. I had terrible mouth pain and walked in and the Office Manager Nick DeNinno got me right in that morning. Dr. Ruprecht is an awesome dentist, the best I have ever had, she is so gentle and I feel nothing when she is working on my mouth. Spring and Lindsay are the dental hygienists that are more than stellar. They offer a plethora of information and will answer any questions that you may have. I feel that I paid the correct amount after insurance being that I had a wisdom tooth removed, a cavity filled, and a scaling done that was virtually painless. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a new dentist.

I went there for an emergency and then a dental surgery, and I will NEVER go back ever again. Although they do have a very nice facility, I have told everyone that I know not to go there because of their poor service. The surgeon I saw and dental techs were excellent and were very nice, but the dentist I saw was completely indifferent to the condition that I was in, and the staff at the front desk and the staff that handled the billing were completely incompetent and rude. The people in billing completely ruined everything with my insurance and my bill because of their refusal to initially process it. Just simply stay away. I am filing a complaint with the BBB now

I am absolutely terrified of dentists. Its so bad, that I am a social embarrassment to anyone who accompanies me. Nevertheless, I found myself at the Aspen Dental office in Cranberry in need of treatment. The experience was completely opposite of what I expected. EVERYONE from the receptionist to Nick, the "money man" who explained the cost and payment options were kind, respectful, and easy to get along with. The dentist was gentle, kind and took the time to explain my x-rays and treatment options. I am going back this week to begin my treatment and although I cant say I thrilled with the idea, I am at least going knowing that I will be in good hands.
