I was impressed with their delivery of the professionalism they promised on their web page. The front desk/reception followed up their calls, checked on my appointment carefully to avoid confusion. Once there, the hygienists work struck me as thorough and competent and helped work through follow-up appointment times right on the spot. The office technology was impressive and did not dominate the experience. (I did not have to watch television.) The dentist did much more than a passing job of evaluation and checking, taking a first-hand responsibility double-checking the work. They also were very helpful on the front desk answering questions about costs and knowing about insurance coverage. More than that, the dental professionals and the front desk together reviewed my long-term options carefully and with a practical notion of how we have to cope with dental issues with an observational approach. I am happy to switch my regular dentist to them. My wife is heading over there also shortly who will also challenge them as she is handicapped and in a wheelchair. And... they were working with children there also.

I only write reviews if I am very impressed or really ticked off and fortunately I am really impressed with Bridge Dental! Dr Adams is a true artist. He is sincere and concerned about you and your pain. He has such a knowledgeable touch that I barely felt anything when getting a crown! I have been to a couple other dentist in the last five years that left me with an abnormal bite and tooth sensitivity that lasted for years. I had come to believe that being really uncomfortable was just part of going to the dentist. Thankfully, I now know that this is not true. I will never have to try out a new dentist again! In addition, the staff is wonderful! I had previously gone for a cleaning and it was also painless. Everyone is so nice, professional and inviting! And get this, when I found myself without childcare on the day of my apt I called to reschedule and Autumn insisted that I bring the baby with me! She kept my baby happy without a single tear while they placed my crown! I call that A++++ service.

I wish I could give Bridge Dental more than 5 stars. I cant speak for everyone, but going to the Dentist has never been my favorite past time. The staff at Bridge makes it so much more bearable. I have never been to a business where every single person is so genuinely nice and in a good mood every time I visit. The office itself is relaxing, theyre always playing great music, and they treat you like family. They even take the time to write the names of each new customer on a little "Welcome" board daily! Aside from all of that, THEY called my insurance company to make sure I was covered for the procedure I was scheduling with them. Today was my 4th visit with them, it was just as pleasant as the first three, and they mentioned again that wed make sure that everything was good with my insurance before scheduling another procedure I need. They truly care about their customers!

Our entire family and our friends that we have referred to Bridge Dental are very happy! We cant say enough good things about their friendly staff, their dental knowledge and the way they make you feel so comfortable from the minute you walk through the door and how they understand that some families have tight budgets! They will let you make payments, which I love! Bridge Dental is located in the South Windermere Shopping Center right behind Earth Fare grocery store. It is so nice because I dont have a hard time when it comes to telling my husband or children that they have dental appointments because they feel very comfortable there! Thanks Bridge Dental and keep up the good work! Happy to be a patient there!

I am a current patient here and had to have some cavities fill a few weeks ago. Needless to say, I am a 28 year old baby. I was super nervous and one of the dental assistants stayed with with to rub my arm and gave me her earbuds to block out noise. It was the best dental experience Ive ever had. The dentist and all the staff are so sweet. They went above and beyond to schedule my fiancé for a walk in when he was having terrible dental pain. Exceptional dental office with friendly staff. I highly recommend this office if youre looking for a new dentist. Thanks so much- Heather

Bridge Dental was simply great! The experience from beginning to end was top notch. After submitting a request for an appointment online I received a call within an hour to setup my appointment. The waiting room was incredibly nice and relaxing, the receptionists were very friendly, and my dentist and their assistant were the nicest and most knowledgeable that I’ve had. I received a reminder text an hour before my appointment, and also was provided with a free whitening kit that is custom modeled to my teeth. Really, going to the dentist has never been easier!

Kelly is the best. Going to Bridge Dental is the first time in years Ive been to the dentist without pain, anxiety, and tears. Kelly is very gentle and also very thorough! My teeth feel healthy and clean, and Dr. Adams is also gentle and practical about treatment, not pushy, he will tell you if he recommends something now or if it can wait. Very appreciated! The front office staff is also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with insurance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bridge Dental.

I was having discomfort for months due to a wisdom tooth, and I stopped into Bridge Dental. I was told by the doctor that I needed to have my wisdom extracted. I told him immediately that I would need medication to come back in for the procedure. He gave me prescriptions to make me comfortable. I got the tooth out and I dont even remember being there. It was a great experience, and if you are scared of going to the dentist you need to go to BRIDGE DENTAL! I highly recommend them!

Thanks to a traumatic experience as a child, Ive always hated the dentist. Then, I met Dr. Adams and his incredible staff and they completely changed my mind about going to the dentist. Ive never experienced such amazing customer service; nor have I seen people go out of their way to help patients the way this staff does. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Adams and his team! Its like a spa trip for my teeth every time I visit them. Convenient location, kind and professional staff, comfortable exam areas that are aesthetically pleasing - not your typical white wall hospital style room. Throw in the free professional teeth whitening and itd seem too good to be true - but its not! I will be a lifelong patient so long as I am living in CHS.

Look no further. After extraction in one of Charleston dental clinics I had a persistent pain, and was told that this was normal. Desperate for help I just walked-in to Bridge Dental. Within 10 minutes I had panoramic x-ray done, then socket filled with special medicine, pain was gone right away. Everybody was wery friendly. Best experience Ive ever had with dental clinic. Thank you.
