Whats not to love is the condescending punk kid that they have working the reception, yesterday I called in a prescription to the doctor, told them I was out of my blood pressure medicine, that I needed it for today, they asked me what medicine(told them) then she put me on hold and said, YES we have that, we;ll get it ready and call you back, I asked, do you have an idea when? I need to run some errands, they said it will be ready this morning she took my cell phone number to call me.... at noon I called them back and no one answered, I drove over there to see if I could get my medicine, since they told me it would be in the morning and it was already afternoon, when I got there there was a punk kid working reception, I told him why I was there and his first response was, did you leave a message? I said NO, I just drove over, since you had missed your deadline you told me on the phone, his next statement was you know, we usually correspond through e-mail...??? really? why did you take my cell phone to call me ? I asked is the prescription ready? he disappeared for 5 minutes, came back and said, sorry we don;t have that medicine here, we called it in to your Walgreens!!!!!!!!!the oppisite way of their office! how can you run a business like that, how can you tell someone its there and not have it? how can you not return a call to a customer once you found out you didnt have it? then to top it off, when I left, I wrote my number down on a piece of paper and told him, if the doctor does not call me before the close of business( 7 pm) then you have lost a patient and probably 2 because I will tell my wife not to go there too.... no call, I suggest that you look for a new doctor and not go here, even with pacman and a puppy, it doesnt excuse the way they treat people

Ive been going here a few months now and Im very pleased with Dr.Bryant !!!! Her and her staff are awesome and THEY CARE ! She doesnt rush me out, listens to me and sincerely loves her job ... I would totally recommend her to anyone ... I live in Plainfield and I drive out to her bc shes worth it ... I email them with any questions or for an appt and I get a response a few hours later ... Im happy I found someone I trust and sincerely cares about my health .

Wonderful doctor here! The misleading review above lacks any truth. Dr. B cares & takes time to properly test and review whats ailing you. Heres a doctor who actually listens to you & when you follow the CLEARLY STATED RULES, appointments & refills get nothing but great results. That earlier incoherent review is not at all an accurate portrayal of Wellness365, staff, or Dr. B shes a pleasure!

Thumbs up! Its been over 10 years since I walked into the office of Dr. Gail Bryant. Dr. B is diligent and incredibly smart. To me, she is the "Colombo" of doctors... and by far the best doctor I ever had. On top of that, ... she is funny and kind! (Her staff is also funny and kind.)

Whats not to love. She is the BEST doctor I have ever met. She listens to your problem and helps try to find Whats wrong. My kids love coming with me because there is an old school video game system in the waiting room. I am so happy I met her and will recommend her to ANYONE.

Dr. B has been our family doctor for 12 years. Shes cared for our children, us and my mom. We are so grateful to have an understanding doctor who listens and knows her stuff. She clearly cares about all her patients and offers them their best options in medical care.
