The Doctor himself seems knowledgeable and legitimate but getting an appointment at this office is VERY difficult. Had I known that when finding a family doctor I never would have chosen anywhere within Alexian. The current process is first calling an 800 number, talking to an operator, who then sends you to a "scheduler." From what I understand the scheduler is still not in the doctors office and often doesnt know the schedule well. I have only ever gotten in to see the actual doctor I chose one time. Since Ive been scheduled with the PA, who is very nice, but still not the doctor I chose for my family. Today I have tried to make an appointment for a family member and after the operater sent me to the scheduler, I was told the system was down and to call back every hour. The last time I called to see if I could make an appointment, the scheduler put me on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up, only to call back and be told the "system was still down." We will be looking for services elsewhere.
