I would not go back to see this Doctor if they paid me, The office is run like the three stooges and the person in the billing department will never admit mistakes it is always the patients faault. The Doctor who runs this has got to be as confused and incompetent as the rest to not see the problems . I went ther with a referral that had the wrong info on because my doctor sent it wrong . Dr foxs office verified it with me before i came in and everyone is blaming someone else, And they want me to pay the difference. The Doctor should have come over to straighten it out but I guess he has too many patients and dont care. With attitudes like these people anyone could do betterr. There are other doctor who dont abuse the need of a patient. He needs to clean house. Pass this doc up and find one who is not just in it for the dollars

I too have to agree that Dr. Fox is great Dermatologist. After my previous doctor left the practice at SW Dermatology Associates a few years ago, he was recommended to me from another associate. So I have been seeing him for almost 4 years now. He is very informative, knowledgeable and patient. As for the staff at the New Lenox location, he has recently moved to that location from Orland Park. So in visiting that office only once thus far, I was treated by the entire staff as one would expect.

My husband and I have BOTH been seeing Dr. Fox for several years and absolutely love him AND his staff. I couldnt disagree more with a previous review I read - apparently that person has a grudge or had a very bad experience that prompted a bad review. I would counter that review by saying I wouldnt see anyone OTHER than Dr. Fox! AND, I will add that everyone Ive sent to him has been very happy as well!
