Some of the office staff is not friendly what so ever! When she tried to look up my insurance it showed I was authorized through someone else and she couldnt look up my benefits. I proceeded to let her know that this was the FIRST time i have ever used the vision on our insurance. Then asked if she could call because I have no idea what was needed for them to "unlock" the account. After I said I would call because she didnt want to, she then picked up the phone to call. I eventually cancelled my appointment and went to another office across town. (Everytime I called I knew whom I was speaking with because of the attitude) They had openings but tried to schedule me a week later..after I told them there was after possibility I was leaving town. (As if they scheduled it far away knowing I would probably cancel) They dont seem welcoming at all! Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.....go to the one on Bardstown Rd.

Absolutely the friendliest workers anyone could ever want to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Seems Ive saw a different doctor everytime Ive made a visit but great people nonetheless. Would recommend 20/20 Shepherdsville to anyone. Actually I certainly have and they were satisfied as well

Very friendly staff. Answered all my questions (there were a lot) and didnt make me feel bad for asking them. They can usually get me scheduled pretty quick, and when I go for my appointment I dont have to wait for a long time to get seen.
