I found the staff friendly, and helpful. The Dr was good with me. Ive never had eye problems before, and recently have been unable to read roadway signs from a distance. I finally stopped in, and they talked me thru all of the tests. After the Dr. Found the correct prescription, I was amazed at how clearly I could see the chart compared to without them. The friendly staff up front even assisted me with choosing my frames, for the best look for my face. I was kinda lost lol. It turned out to be a pleasant experience.

This place is top notch in customer service. I got my glasses there, and through no fault of their own, I wasnt happy with my lenses. I took them back to have the edges rolled, and when I picked them up, the coatings were damaged. They replaced them free of charge. When we went to get the eye exams, they were able to schedule all 4 of us, and we werent there ALL DAY. Of course they arent going to have as big of a selection as the discount places, but you get what you pay for, and at 20 20, thats great quality.

I will never go back. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent. I was told they legally couldnt sell me contacts the same day the prescription expired. called multiple other eye doctors and they said it would not be a problem to buy them that same day . I feel as if they just wanted to charge me more and that is why the claimed it was illegal .

Friendly Doctors and thorough examinations. They dont push higher priced items on you. Only downfall is limited frame selection, but sometimes I just take my script to another place if they dont have what I want.
