Dont bother making an appointment they take walk-ins before scheduled appointments by "working them in". I had an appointment for 5:30PM still sitting in the waiting area to see the eye doctor and its 7:20 and they dont know how much longer it will be. They close and 8PM so that means not just myself but other people are going to be rushed out so they can still leave work on time. The staff is rude just like their policies. Honestly save your money and time and go elsewhere. I know I will never come here again nor will I ever refer anyone here. EVER!

Same experience as most. Made appointment for my kid. By the time someone waited on us it was 10 minutes past appointed time. Then they told me it could be a 2 hour wait because of all the walk ins. When I asked why walk ins come before people who have sense to make an appointment I was told thats just how it is. Staff is also pushy and unprofessional. They act like kids working at some fast food joint. Plus they try to push extras on you. Sloppy way to conduct a business Go elsewhere unless you have all day to waste.

Okay , so I am use to going to the one on Dixie hey by the krogers . I despised going there even when I was younger , I am now on my own and live out Preston . My first time goingto the one out here and the service was pretty good , I dont understand why people expect them to be speedy fast like fast food . It will be a wait you know , but I was not waiting longer than 15minutes and they were very friendly and polite . I guess Im trying to say is patience is key .

I went here about 6 months ago to get glasses and contacts exams. The staff worked at a very slow pace, and the whole process took about 4 hours on a relatively slow day. The worst part of the experience was that the contacts I was prescribed were ill-fitted and I have been unable to wear them because of the discomfort. I now have to go to an established eye doctor to have a proper eye exam and hopefully walk away with contacts that I can actually use.

Dee Dee was amazing and honest plus it was a great value my daughters for exam and one pair with protection at lens crafter was 125 dr boxers I got one pair normal one sun glasses thinned the lens added antiglare had a full eye exam and it all was only 165. Amazing prices friendly staff all around. Much better experience then lens crafters and a lot of times they can fill you in for same day walk ins.

Never again will I go here. I work at a eye Dr and I tested my eyes then checked my glasses RX ten time difference. My RX on the autorefractor was +3.75 +0.75 . my glasses RX was +2.50 -5.00 I couldnt see one bit. Im here to get them fixed . I will never trust these people with my eyes ever again .

Terrible company, if you want to understand the meaning of waiting and terrible customer service. Go to the store and try to get some glasses. Good luck. I do not recommend this company to anybody.

Been going there for years. If you go right after work or on Saturday when people are off its going to be busy. You can make an appointment though! They are busy because they know eyes!

Ive tried many other optometrist places over the years. I found these people very friendly and helpful. Plus I now have the best pair of glasses Ive had in years.

Terrible, we waited an hour for nothing, they were supposed to give us a sheet to fill out and the girl didnt, they dont know how to do their jobs
