Maybe it is better now that Visionworks has bought Dr. Bizers, but I felt like it was a rip off. I had an exam and bought a pair of glasses while I was there. I have excellent vision insurance and still paid way more than I should have. I tried to get the "buy one get one free deal". What a joke. It was double when I tried to get the second pair. Dont ask me how that is "buy one, get one" because I have no idea. When I did get my overpriced glasses, they didnt fit me right. The earpiece was too short and made my ears hurt and they sat crooked on my face. I will never go back there. The exam was good and thorough. That was the only good experience I had there.

The doctor was good he told me a lot! The regular staff however are rude. Before picking my glasses up on Labor Day I called to see if they were open. When I left my wife told me that the staff were making fun of people who were calling to see if they were open. The woman that was giving me my new glasses seemed very uninterested in her job while cleaning them. Wont be back to this one and the doctor told me its better to see a regular optometrist anyway so you dont get varying opinions.

Dr. Rebekah Todd was very knowledgeable, courteuous, patient, and communicated very clearly. She also graduated from the prestigious IU School of Optometry. She answered every question very quickly and informatively. This location has an Optomap device that can perform the eye health examination without dilation. The front staff were very friendly and patient as well! I cant recommend this place more highly.

While traveling, my fiancés glasses were bent out of shape and a screw came loose. We were worried the glasses wouldnt make the trip. We stopped in and they fixed the glasses right up! The man who helped us out was super friendly and talked to us about our travels. I really appreciate him helping us out to make sure my fiancé would be able to see the rest of our trip.

A nice well-meaning staff. The quality of the lenses leaves a lot to be desired. They back up the product but all the return visits and delays are inconvenient.
