They were super nice and helped me find a great pair of glasses. The eye doctor was really nice explained everything going on with my eyes and got me the prescription I needed. I believe Cindy is the lady that helped me and she was really nice and showed me some really nice frames that I probably wouldnt have looked at if it wasnt for her pointing them out. I have never been excited about wearing glasses or seeing an eye doctor, but I would have to say this is the first time Ive been excited to get and wear my new glasses! Thank you for Lens Crafters and I cant wait to pick up my glasses next week!

Went there today and spent a ridiculous amount of money for 1 pair of glasses, just because u get them the same day or roughly an hour...I was told 2-3 hours which was fine..thus was at around 1 oclock...well its 8 oclock and they are closed and didnt hear squat...very disappointed...could have spent 1 fifth the money at Americas best and got 2 pair with the same quality...lesson learned

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Optometrist did an excellent job examining my eyes and writing a CORRECT prescription. Lenses were delivered earlier than promised and fitting was done in a complete and professional manner. Insurance was out of network but LensCrafters still provided significant savings. What more could you ask for? See you next year!

Very professional staff, fast and friendly service, with state of the art technology. I was extremely impressed with the multi-focal contact lenses I received and the quality of my exam. I was able to use my 20% off coupon from them, as well as my AAA discount, to offset the problem of not having optical insurance, so the cost was affordable.

I wish I could give this place a -5. They talked me into trying a new contact lens. I ordered 4 boxes from them. The new contacts bother my eyes so I tried to order my normal brand thur 1800contacts. Lens crafter told me I would have to pay for a new exam. My exam with them is 3 months old. I would never go back to them. EVER!!!

Been coming here since I was a child. I was told they dont accept my insurance, upsets me. I thought ford motor company had the best insurance. That cannot be true if my favorite place doesnt accept the insurance I have thru my employer!
