I was referred here by the ER at Wyandotte Hospital. Yesterday I waited just over an hour to be seen by the doctor. I had to come back today for a follow up. My appt was at 10:15. I wasnt called back until 10:50 just to be asked question by a nurse. I was sent back out to the lobby and told I would be called back in a few minutes. I was called back again at 11:40. It is now 12pm and Im still waiting to see the doctor! What is the point in making an appointment if you arent going to hold your staff to it. As a business owner, I dont have time to sit at a doctors office for close to 2 hours. Unfortunately for them, now I do have time to write a review. Worst optometrist office I have ever been to. Dont come here unless you have all day to waste.

I went to Dr. Gupta and Dr. Hafeez in tbe past so when my vision started getting worse i new where i needed to go .....had an eye Dr. Prescribe me glasses in march of 2016 and still could not see well...went to see Dr. Gupta and he told me i had a cataract, in September of 2016, He removed the cataract and i was amazed how well i could see without glasses!!! Just got home from my follow up and was told my vision went from -6.75 to -025! I can see distance without glasses for first time in 50 years! I need dollar store reading glasses to read and see up close, but no more glasses to drive! Thank you Dr. Gupta and Dr. Hafeez!!

I came here with an eye infection when I was 19 or 20 without any insurance. I received treatment and a prescription for free. No charge. Not only was the treatment free, but it was also great treatment and I didnt wait that long. The doctor was very professional and nice. I believe his name was Dr Gupta. This might have been the nicest thing that anyone has ever done for me and I would go there for all my eye needs if I still lived in the state.

Literally the worst eye doctor. Ive been waiting for over 2 hours. Spent maybe 7 minutes in the exam room then they sent me back to the waiting room and said they would call me back "in a few minutes." That was 1.25 hours ago. Never coming here again.
