Wish I could give this place less than 1 star but I cant. Ive had an issue with my frame being bent since I bought the glasses. I took the glasses back to the store 4 times and he would just bend it and tell me "thats all I can do" . I decided to go into their main office on sheafer and the manager told me there was nothing they could do because my warranty just expired even though they claimed there was nothing I could do while I was still in warranty...

I went here after I got the wrong contacts from 1800 contacts, they gave me the wrong prescription and I didnt have any backup pairs. He gave me a free eye exam and trail pair of contacts so I could see for a couple days while my new contacts came in. Really saved the day. I really appreciate how he helped me out and gave me a great price and didnt charge me for anything unnecessary. Thank you Hakim, you now have a new loyal customer

This man has helped me a lot, and if there isnt any contacts ready at the store he gives me free samples untill the order comes in. He has helped me with fixing my frames for my glasses many times. I suggest coming to this store he is great. He is on warren and chase (Hakim optical).
