First, I love you, Dr Hakim! Your staff is superb. Your office is quiet and relaxing. You are the nurse assistant have melodic voices. I am so thankf for you kindness and accommodating schedule, since I was 45 minutes late due to weather and traffic. Your work ethic is stellar. Just 27 hours post op, eyes a bit teary, but I can see the veins in leaves! I can me the "m" on m&ms, I can even see subtitles and detail on high definition fur on the movie 28 Days Later. Still a bit of blurring, mostly due to the eye drops. So serreal. Im giving a million thumbs up Thank you!!!!

Poor customer service at the Warren location. The man was very rude and lied about my insurance not covering the glasses so that I could pay out of pocket. At the Schaefer location the optometrist gave the wrong prescription and try to force my son to use it when he could not see out of the glasses. It took over a month for the new prescription because they had to pay for it out of their pocket because the prescription was not right. It was very unfair to my son. He had a hard time in school because of it.

He is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and thorough on treatment for your eyes. I had a lasik procedure done and I wish I went sooner. Recovery was quicker than expected and the procedure was not painful at all. I have and will continue recommended his services to everyone I know.

I wouldnt recommend it, very unprofessional, couldnt even discuss my concerns. And they wanted to charge me 100 for my check up after they were done (which my insurance covers completely ) I walked out didnt have no money. Would never in my life go back

First of the place smell like urine, I went their to check my eyes for lasik procedure they said it is for free but After checking my eyes they charged me $100 while its free in any eye center. I dont recommend them to any one.

Extremely rude, this jerk over talked me, interrupted me as Im going over my concerns. I will never be going back and hopefully this guy goes out of business.
