the people ok there but needed a prior authorization 4 medicine an 2 months in a row it has took over a week an still this month they havent faxed my insurance. company the documents they need 2 approve my meds an have called everyday asking if there gonna even. had insurance.company call which it would only take 10 mins of there time 2 send the documents they need. which are current drug screens progress reports an orrs report. an all my drug screens are clean it feel like there punishing me. an idk y wat i pay them 4 its crazy im out of medicine an its important i have them they must not care i dont understand its only a fax

Dr. Ayad has been my primary doctor for years now, he is very professional and thorough. He is a genuine doctor that cares for the health of his patients and spends time with each one, which is why we usually have to wait but definitely worth it!
