This practice gave me some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and they asked for my health insurance information. They said they accepted my health insurance and invited me in. I took the day off work, sat in their waiting room, and sat through half a screening interview before they rudely informed me that they did not accept my Bluecross and that I would have to pay 500 dollars if I wanted to continue with my appointment. I told them my medication was just about to expire, got a condescending laugh and they told me "uh oh thats no good!" and then they told me to call my insurance company and kicked me out. Now I get that there are occasionally insurance issues, but I wish they could have tried to figure this out before I took the day off and wasted an hour in their office. Instead they were very rude and condescending as they kicked me out of their practice. That is why this was the worst customer service I have ever received, if their staff had taken a few minutes to look up my insurance beforehand all of this could have been avoided.

I totally agree with the negative reviews! Customer service is worst, those front desk women are unfriendly! But Im done now going to this office: Called for an appointment, got one for next day (had some pain), I arrived there 10 min late (apologized) - then they assumed me I was 40 min late and they would not serve me!!! When I made my appoint via phone the day before I repeated 2 times the time and they didnt say an other time. So they kicked me out - the waiting room at 9:40 am was EMPTY - theyre how many Docs there???!! Very disappointment. Those Docs should sit down together with their front desk women and talk about: positive customer service!! They are the big problem. But thats now past for me!

Honestly the worst doctors office ever! You expect the receptionists at a doctors office to hate their jobs but boy do the ones at This office take the cake. Not only that but the doctors have zero sense of urgency, are more aloof with results than without them, and the best advice they can give is a referral to someone else so they dont have to anything but collect a copay. Initially I thought It was just the docs still in school but then one of the founders Dr. Beltz walks into a room. Clearly attitude reflects leadership and the attitude of Dr. Beltz must be "collect a copay then do nothing". Avoid at all cost!!!

Horrible customer service! Walls are so thin you can hear everything that is wrong with the person next to you. Receptionsts are not friendly, if you owe money, even $30 they harp on you. They take over a week to fax medical records, even though they say they will do it in a business day. I have seen all the doctors over the 4 years I have been going here and the only one that actually listens is Ann the nurse practitioner. I will be finding a new primary care doctor.

Nothing shady or weird about this place. Really dont know where some of these reviews are coming from. I literally overheard the front office staff helping an elderly woman get her much needed medication paid for and filled to a pharmacy on the phone because Medicare peeps were being confusing to her. Ive been going there for about a year now, and have zero complaints.

I have to agree with the other reviews here. This place is awful. The receptionist staff are rude and incompetent. Dr. Bedi was the only redeeming quality about the practice. Now that Dr. Bedi is gone, I will be changing my PCP ASAP.

The office staff is rude and the office manager is totally disrespectful. The only saving grace is the Doctors and PAs! If they got a new office manager that actually had compassion this place would be way better!

Ive been a patient since 2005 and have nothing but nice things to say about everyone there. Theyre carrying and loyal to their patients and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Doctor Beltz is like family.

Donna who works here is constantly a snarky, whiny rude person. She should learn how to speak to people without always acting incompetent, rude, like ur ruining her day by asking her to do her job

I ONLY give this 4 stars because the doctors and the PAs are the best in the world. The office manager is probably the rudest person Ive EVER encountered and Im a waitress.. so you get the gist.

Have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Never a problem, even when I have called with an unexpected need for an appointment. Staff is always polite and helpful.
