Horrible customer service! I called yesterday around 3:30 in the afternoon for a new patient appointment. The lady who answered stated I would need to callback in the morning at 8:30am in the because they didnt have any available. I explained I was looking for a new patient visit. She said yes in the morning we will schedule him (son) the same day. We talked about it because I was impressed same day nrw patient visit. Overnight my daughter complained of an earache, I figured I would just take them both. I call at 8:41am and the same lady says she can only schedule one child. I asked why she says because they have been answering phones and since 8:30 and they are all booked up. I asked to pre-schedule for my son and she says they only do same day appointments. I explained the conversation yesterday and told her I kept my children home from school based off the previous conversation. She said only 1 appointment and no pre-schedules. Ask to speak with the office manager who do not introduce herself. She lead the conversation with per the doctors orders no new patients for the next three weeks. She goes on to abruptly advise the previous person just returned to work from medical and did not know. Im glad this happened prior to any services rendered such horrible customer service does not deserve my money. Dont waste your time!!!

Worst Dr office Ive ever been to!!! They sound great over the phone, but when you switch your primary care through your insurance company and then try to be seen by this office its unbelievable! Ive been calling for weeks to get my child seen and every day they say were not scheduling new patients today but they also wont schedule appointments ahead of time for new patients neither, they say new patients must make same day appointments for the first visit, so good luck getting a first visit. Then when i actually got one of my children in to see the Dr he literally told me to go back to my previous Dr that his office was very slow and he doesnt recommend me to stay with them! That right there should tell you how that office is. Unfortunately you can only change Drs once every 30 days with our insurance so now were stuck with no Dr til then! Beyond irritated with this office and I recommend everyone look elsewhere!

This is one of those doctors offices that is never on schedule. They dont even give you the common courtesy to let you know the doctor is running late. It never fails, an hour after their initial appt the doctor finally decides to see them.

I have been taking my kids here for years. I never had a problem. They are on time with appts and we never wait more than a half hour to get called to be seen.
