Seriously the worst. Dishonest, dismissive doctor and office staff. I went to see Dr. Zaki for a tremor, concern of MS, and migraines. Dr Zaki was very dismissive of my symptoms and concerns. She told me that the MRI of my brain that was done THREE years prior was fine and that I couldnt possibly have MS. She said nothing of my tremors and of course, didnt acknowledge that anything was wrong even though my hands were very visibly shaking. The first thing she suggested was a HOME sleep study, although I did not have any symptoms of sleep apnea besides sleepiness. She is a sleep apnea "expert", apparently. I was told the office staff would check with my insurance before we went ahead with the sleep study. By the time my follow up appointment came around 3 months later, I asked the office staff if they had checked with my insurance yet. They told me that did in fact check with my insurance company that a HOME sleep test would be covered. So I take the machine home with me and complete the test. Guess what? Very mild sleep apnea. Not bad enough to warrant a CPAP machine but Dr. Zaki went ahead and pushed one on me. A few months go by and I get a bill for over 500 dollars. My insurance company had denied the claim on the HOME sleep study, saying that only supervised sleep studies in a facility were covered. I never got any answers for what I went to see her for, racked up a pretty big bill at the office and I was straight up LIED to. I would NOT recommend Dr Zaki or her office to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves. Their behavior is despicable.

I am very disappointed with this doctor who I seen and had no idea what was wrong with my central nervous system because of suffering severe cervical myelopathy for 6 yrs. With same symptoms I still have from before my surgery and all are neck activated,so the more I do any neck movements the worse my symptoms are and loss of balance. What happened to me was indeed rare, this doctor could of learned from me in regards of long term cervical myelopathy and its damage.Instead she choose to say my symptoms are caused from mental trauma and that I should see a physciatrist.Really,Dr.s learn from books, books are wrote from personal experience. If you dont know whats wrong with a patient, you should not by all means put a label on them.Instead do your homework if you truly love your profession!

Wow, I was so impressed! This is a very nicely decorated office with really nice staff. Dr. Zaki is attentive, a good listener and the second night after seeing her I slept all night long...that hasnt happened in years! I woke up so refreshed and energized. Dr. Zaki knows what she is doing!

Dr Zaki is awesome. I have been to several neurologists and she is the most caring doctor yet. After just one visit she had my symptoms under control for the first time in many years. I highly recommend her.
