I dropped my son off at 10:30 am, the elevators did not work for floors 1 to 2. I walked into the office at 10 :40 am, and my son was already in line They took the first 2 people in front of him, then my son moved 3 paces forward and was told that they were not taking anymore patients. My son said I have been waiting in line for 10 minutes and I was here way before 10;45. The receptionist was a young African American lady and looked like she was mad he even spoke to her. I then said mam I dropped him off and then parked and I was in the door before 10:45. She then said so what some people have been waiting 2 hours and Im not talking to you I am talling to him. She then got an afican American doctor or nurse and he said sorry, but we are not taking anymore patients. They seemed to discriminat, they had no problem taking everyone in line until a clean cut 30 year old caucasian man stepped into their office which is the only office open on Saturdays. If this is an example of how they operate I will not ever go back to LabCore. I am changing to Quest, they do not use these type of tactics and take their personal issues out on someone they dont even know I have many African American friends and coworkers ard my son in law is Black and I have a grand son I am very proud of and Iwill see to it that he is not raised in hate. They have to many 1 star reviews for them to ever get anymore of my familys business. It must be a common practice there.

I have no doubt that every positive review written here is a fraud written by LabCorps employees. I have no doubt that all the negative reviews are in fact written by burned customers of this horrendous and disreputable business. My appointment was at 1:00. I was 5 minutes early. I signed in. At 1:40, I requested an explanation as to why LabCorps could not keep an appointment for a blood draw. A skinny young(ish) long-haired female blood drawer, whose name must have been “Sass,” rather just apologize for their obvious screwup, started arguing with me about how much work she had to do, about how no one paid for their services, about how overworked she was since she was “the only one there”, and about how customers should understand that appointments are not taken seriously and are not going to be kept. Throughout my long wait, it appeared that other people who came in after me were being seen first. I suspect LabCorps makes a lot of money off employment/drug testing, and people there for that are given preference, even over people with appointments. The young lady then went backstage and continued to complain loudly to her coworkers (ones she had just said were not there...) for about ten minutes, until calling for me by my first name and doing the draw. Who knows what happened to it. Do not patronize this crap business. Ask your doctor to do the draw right there in his office. I know I will from now on.

0 stars!!! In short front desk ladies are RUDE AS HELL (If you hate your job dont work there! ) and gave me a hard time about my insurance card because I had a picture of it on my cell phone and it wasnt hard copy since Im not the primary insurance holder. NEVER had any problems presenting it or getting medical visits covered until now. I told them I could email them the card and then have it printed out and they said it needed to be faxed. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?! ITS 2017. They also wouldnt take my insurance as a form of payment because I couldnt fax it to them....so I had to pay out of pocket since I wasnt going to fast another day and have to do this all over again. Then the receptionist who was rude to me pricked me with an extra large needle... not the usual size needle for drawing blood and I have good veins that are easily accessible. Ive filed my complaints with corporate..

Outstanding! I went on their website the night before, at about 8:00pm, and got an appointment for the next day at 10:45am. I arrived at my appointment a little early (10:30a), simply because thats just how I operate. The front window staff was not overly friendly, but they were very professional. Besides, I wasnt there to find a date, I was there to get my blood drawn. The lobby was very crowded, and I heard the receptionist tell someone without an appointment, that there would be a 2 hour wait. The key phrase being WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT!! The young man that drew my blood was very professional and informative... I didnt feel a thing. More importantly, I was back in my car and on the road at 11:05a. My Advice: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!!

They got me in and out in 45 minutes without an appointment. There was a urine sample taken and then a blood sample. Only AFTER the first sample was taken did I receive a statement to sign. The statement said in part "maximum amount agreed to be charged to your credit card" $765 in the event my insurance company doesnt pay and additional charges would follow IF standard tests trigger additional required testing procedures. I will be billed, automatically, for additional testing. WTH?! It was too late to back out altogether since the process had already started. I havent been here in two years. Im telling my doctor that I need a different lab next time.

Ive used this location twice before for routine blood work because it is most convenient to my office. On both occasions I waited for more than an hour, with an appiontment. I was not urged to write a subpar review until I was called to the back of this Labcorp location and nearly forced into a urinalysis drug screen by a lab tech because he "mixed up" his files. I was appalled at the sheer inability of the tech to maintain basic control of confidential medical information. I will not return to this facility and I highly encouraged Laboratory Corporation of America to investigate the operating policies in practice at this location.

Most horrendous service, very evident they dont want to work or care for their patients. Came one day and couldnt be seen because had to fast. Tech tells us to come the next day during their business hours; get here to the same girl, with the same attitude to tell me they are only taking appointments. Makes me step to the side to talk to their Lead to see what they want to do. The Lead who was somewhat kind, heard the concern and made the exception. Very unfortunate when locations are limited and not much choice where to go...not to mention all the bad reviews at all locations. LabCorp needs major customer service training!!
