0 stars from me, but google required at least one to post. After 3 visits, they were unable to complete each of the routine tests on my script EACH time. The third time I went, the phlebotomist allowed the needle to wiggle out of my arm while changing tubes and claimed that "the vein blew because you didnt drink enough water." I WATCHED the needle wiggle out. The last straw has occurred as a nearly $2000 bill has arrived at my home TWICE because they have incorrectly submitted it to Aetna. The other claims went through with no problem, so they have the data. After sending 2 separate web form contacts nearly a month apart, leaving 2 voice mails after waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes each time, I received a very CURT email stating that they didnt have all of my insurance information, which is shocking as theyve filed other claims. Stick with BayCare. Valet parking, great service, and results sent right to your portal where you can view them. Steer clear of this joint.

Where other labs are crowded, noisy, and the staff could not care less, this place is an oasis in a desert of lab service in Tampa. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the morning in a very clean environment. The young lady staffing it could not be more competent, friendly, just plain a sheer joy in all regards. It may sound strange, but I am glad my doctor orders blood work twice a year, as I always look forward to my visits. And, imagine: the young lady remembers me over the course of 6 months ! In short: what a place !!!

I do all my blood work here. The staff and phlebotomists are top notch and there is never a wait. The facility is clean. I wont ever step foot in a quest or labcorp again. Thanks
