Staff wasnt friendly, but not rude either. Just busy and self absorbed. I gave this place 4 stars because I didnt have an appointment and my wait time was really short. PLUS and this is a BIG PLUS, I am terrified of needles. The tech who took my blood didnt say two words to me and she didnt need to - routine, stick arm out turn head away. She finished up by providing a band aid. I was shocked. I didnt even know she started - PAIN FREE and FAST! Going back there when I need to.

On Saturday Aug 31st I went for a blood test around 11:30 AM since your website indicated that you were closing at 12 PM and the building itself was locked... You should update your hours correctly since it took me about 20 min to get there and not only that I saw to elderly people that came walking also to use your service!

After waiting and waiting in the cold room to have blood drawn I had the luck of getting what seemed to be the newest employee ever.. As she was switching out tubes she carried a convo with someone behind her; this led to pushing through the vein and digging around to register it again... EEEEK!! Stay Away from here!!

This place its ridiculous , I take my son 7 years old I dont have appointments an I askd the ladys at the front desk how long will be she even look it me an say will be hora and half ,an I say the dr talk me my son cant eat for this test. I was surprise what consideration bout people specifically a child.....

Great place to get blood work done. Very fast, I was in and out in about 30 mins. I usually have issues getting blood drawn, but the nurse that attended me was awesome! Very professional and made it to where I didnt feel a thing.

Service as walk in its very different than with appointment. As walk in with my daughter waiting for more than 1 1/2 hours and they still talking ábout the weekend than taking care or their patients....

I absolutely hate to go there. It is dirty and it takes forever. Its hard to wait that long especially if NPO since previous night. I bet the labs in the better parts of town are alot better.

Hours of operation are not correct on website! Got here and doors locked at 3pm. Note on door until 3pm but website says 3:30! Thanks for nothing!

The office needs major updating. You have to see it to believe it. I would have never thought a lab could look this outdated.

Its about the same as any other lab except this one is extremely busy due to its proximity to several area hospitals.
