Yes. Hated it. Seriously hated it. The building and their office is a dump. Parking is a pain. I only needed a few diagnostics test and they make it impossible to even schedule an appt.! First attempt was to call on Thursday to set an appointment. Got a vm stating they were closed on Wednesday (but now it was Thursday afternoon). I left a msg anyway & never heard back from anybody... big surprise. I called again on Friday and ended up in a never-ending automated appointment setting system. It doesnt work, but said I could set appointment on their website. I tried that as well, but it is a long process to select location/services/date/time/etc, just to see no morning availability for the day. But also said I can just walk-in and wait. Well I needed blood work which requires me to fast for 12 hrs., and Im not going to do that and just show up hoping somebody can see me. I tried to call them again & got a msg stating they are closed from 12:30 to 1:30 for lunch. I waited until 1:30 walked into their office to set an appointment. I was told by the staff, that they dont set appointments at this location, and I would have to call in on automated system or set appointment online. UNFREAKINGBELIEVEABLE! Business is simple no matter the industry. If you make it too difficult for your customers to do business with you they will do somewhere else! I now fall into that category! Quest Diagnositcs on Swann sucks!

Established Quest Diagnostics customers are now compelled to fill out their names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses on a form, every time they appear, even for a scheduled appointment, even though all this information is already in Quests systems, even though the patient record can be found instantly with presentation of the license and insurance card, and even though its all printed on the lab order already. This is a novel and totally unnecessary annoyance. Can you imagine having to do that at your doctors office every time? Further, I had to deal with a female employee at this location, and found her quite belligerent, condescending and obstructive (she may have a problem with white males). She refused to do a blood draw or provide any testing to me pursuant to my doctors order, to punish me for asking a question. Attempts to reach Quest management have thus far been blocked, which appears to explain why Quest staff behave as they do. Ditto on the unpleasantness of the office and the difficulty with parking, but these are minor issues compared to Quests completely unprofessional staff at this location. DO NOT USE.

I just recently moved to FL and this is my first visit to Quest. I foundexperience at Quest painless. Did not have an appt and my wait time was less than 20 minutes. The check in and staff were efficient and polite. The only negative was I had to give a credit card to guarantee payment of $300 even though I have medicare as my primary and blue cross blue shield as my secondary. I have never had to do this before. So that was a surprise. Luckily, I had my credit card with me or else I would not have been able to have my lab work done.

Very bad with time management. I had a 1130 appointment for my TODDLER who i informed them when i made the appointment it was for her and still waiting 30 minutes later. Every single person who came after me was called up for insurance verification, etc & were still sitting here. When i asked the lady all i got was a "We havent called you yet." Really? & everyone else after me is more important right? Wont be returning to this location again. If youre looking for a place that your toddler will feel comfortable, dont come to this location.

I went to this Quest office many times because I had cancer and was taking chemo. The staff was nice and polite, even though I usually arrived at closing time. The person that did all my tests was very professional and kind. I went to other labs and this is my favorite. I didnt have to wait long (except the one time I went in the morning with no appointment). COMPLAINT: The 4:00 closing time of ALL labs in Tampa. Leaving work so early to get lab tests is a real pain.

Parking is nearly nonexistent, arrive 15min early as you will most likely have to hunt for some on-street parking...similar to SoHo but without the promise of a good time. Staff was not helpful at all in providing guidance for optional parking (asking me if I wanted to reschedule) but, thankfully, a kind patient stepped in to let me know what street he found parking on (heh). Aside from that stressful hiccup, staff member helping me was friendly and professional.

Been here twice now in the last two months, and both times the ladies were very sweet, very good at blood tests and very proficient. This time today I was helped by Sandy and another sweet lady at the front desk and the experience was no different. People expect too much from this facility, but it is what it is to get your lab work done in terms of ambience. Otherwise, I recommend the staff as the ladies are experienced!

I have been to this location multiple times and I have always been happy with them. On my last visit yesterday Nolanda was very professional and friendly. I like that they always make giving blood as painless as possible. Ive had bad experiences at doctors offices having trouble giving a sample without 3 or 4 tries. At Quest they always do it right on the first try. They are helping me overcome my fear of needles.

I highly recommend you NEVER come to this location. The staff was rude and acted like they hated their job. The office is a dump and I was left with a huge bruise where they took blood. Quest, you should be ashamed if this location. The only reason you got one stars because I couldnt post this review otherwise.

I called this place twice, not once did I get to speak with an actual human being. So, theres no way to ask any questions before going in, because you cant speak with "someone real". You either book an appointment using the automated systems or go online, not interested in either. Just horrible customer service.

I didnt find the staff to be rude or incompetent as earlier reviews suggest. They were professional and polite. I waited 45 minutes without an appointment but it seemed that the appointments were running right on time so I highly recommend having one to avoid the wait!

Sometimes I hate Google reviews. This place had all kinds of horrible ratings, but when I went there the staff was professional, efficient, friendly, helpful, and had me in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend coming here for lab work.

The wait is awful! They are understaffed making the wait an hour. Its the longest wait at a doctors office I have had a to wait in a long time. I have never been to a quest where the wait was short.

Excellently! Always excellent! Get me first time every time, painless. Other labs take three or four trys and pain. Excellent staff. Only place I go to now.

Walked in today and waiting area was empty, was able to get helped by a technician immediately who was great! took 10 minutes total trip.
