Short Review: This place is a dump. Rude and unprofessional. They will make you feel embarrassed for going in there. Only come here if youre broke and have no other options. If you have the money, go to an urgent care clinic and be treated with the dignity ,respect, and confidentiality that you deserve as a patient. Long detailed review of my experience: I went in there hoping to get see a doctor or a pa so i could get tested and checked for an sti. I checked in with the receptionist. An overweight African American lady with a surly disposition. -I politely asked her if i could see a doctor and how much was the cost for the visit -She asked me very loudly the reason of my visit. -I told her that i would only disclose the reason of my visit with the doctor behind closed doors. I did not feel comfortable in stating out loud in the middle of the hallway in front of a bunch of random people what i wanted to do there. - She quickly grew impatient and got very uncooperative. She refused to give me an estimate of the cost and tried to get me to disclose the reason of my visit. -I got fed up with her rudeness and lack of propriety so i told her I was leaving and I asked her to erase my name, DOB, and personal info from all of their records. -She hesitated. Then, I got really intense and firmly demanded her to hand me back the paper that had my name, dob, and cell number back She finally backed down and gave it all back once she realized how serious i was. Overall impression : this place is hell. It is everything that an STD clinic should not be. No wonder why STD rates are going up in this country. Thank god i had money to go to an urgent care clinic cause i would have been so screwed if all I had was these guys.

This location is the worst one Ive ever been to.. If youve never been to this location you wont even know how to get in the building let alone find the office. The waiting room looks dirty I felt dirty waiting there. I will never come here again! I usually visit the Manchester office but they dont open on Saturdays for my TB reading . Worst experience and location Ive been to. I have it one star because I couldnt post this without giving it one! I also thanked the secretary (who also did my reading which was really weird to me) and told her to have a great weekend after giving me my paperwork she didnt even acknowledged me . Get a better location and train your staff on quality improvement !!

I agree with all the bad reviews given before. I only came here couple times for pregnancy test. The receptionist, yes, she hates her life or job but it is not my concern. It`s the doctor who makes you feel like you are wasting her time. She talks awfully fast, loud and impatient. Almost like she is trying to get rid of you. Every time! You can`t even ask her a question in a calm manner. She interrupts you, do not listen and starts giving you information fast fast fast....without thinking if I am able to understand each information properly. That place is a no no.

The staff are always professional & kind, the wait never very long, and the office clean. The experience always comfortable. My birth control always ready. Really like the Portal to see information related to last appointments, test results, birth control refill requests, and quickly I can message my providers & they do reply within 48 hours business days. Thank you.
