The Lnas where great ..But the food was really bad and I know because I worked as a dietary aid there.I would not feed a dog the food they where giving those Residents.And have the time the food would run out and my boss would not care.Most of the time there was no food there so my so called boss would have to go to Shaws the grocery store to get food for them.Never had enough soda drinks food anything for the Resident and didn.t care.

Springfield Health & Rehabilitation is a great facility, to say the least. The staff is extremely kind, caring, and overall happy. There is never a dull day. The residents are generally happy with an immense amount of activities to take part in... The facility is clean, and has a positive atmosphere. I strongly consider giving Springfield Health and Rehab a shot when it comes to placing a loved one in good care.

Lousy place,rude & inexperienced staff,food is unhealthy & always cold,was forced to use them because of insurance.If you have the choice STAY AWAY !
